Good things. 1. 2-3mins from the beach which was lovely. 2. Staff were nice. 3. Airport shuttle (to and fro) was $20 which was really good. Bad things. 1. Bad Internet service. 2. Food was not nice. Chinese restaurant with no spices and salt. Had to eat in a nearby restaurant with very fine dining. 3. Expedia messed up with communication, so we had originally booked for half board, however, this hotel doesn't offer half board. So glad we did not get half board cos the food was not nice at all (both breakfast-No English breakfast and dinner). 4. For non-Muslims, there is a mosque nearby with the loudest microphone. You can hear the call for prayers everytime especially in the morning around 4.30-5.00am. 5.Noisy guests especially when its time for prayers in the morning around. One was literally shouting loudly early in the morning. 6. Guests were smoking and we could smell it in our room. Called the reception severally before they came to warn the guests. 7. Toilet seat had some stains, the hotel could just change the toilet seat completely as it was very irritating. Bathroom bin was changed but bathroom and toilet were not washed all through our stay. 8. Day trip was scheduled by someone in the hotel, we were taken on a fishing boat, but when we walked around the beach the following day, we found better offers. So would advise anyone to lool around the beach first for better deals. Overall, our trip to Maldives was fun, but just had a couple of hiccups with the hotel.

It is near the Beach Area, Restaurant and Shops. What I don't like is that the room they gave me is not the one I have booked and the floor is very noisy.

There is a huge post on the wall of the only lifter there It states that if a button in the lifter is broken the customer inside it will be fined USD$200! We disliked it. If the same logic applies to the guest room, any existing minor damage in a room will also cause the same problem for the customers. In general, we felt that we were not welcomed there. You can see their cold faces easily.

The place is not bad. Reception staff also friendly. However, there are impolite staffs around. On the check out morning a staff knock our door and ask us to go down immediately with a very unfriendly manner. Afterall we waited at lobby for a pretty long time. I do not understand a shutting booking at 8am required us to wait at lobby at 7:30. anyway this is their rule. Even worse is the driver who drive us to the airport on 24th Aug 2018 8am is extremely impolite. The van is a 9 seaters with three rows of seats. We get on the van and sit on the first row, the driver command us to sit at the back without explanation while there was only 6 passengers. He has very bad attitude that make us very uncomfortable. I really don't get it. I remembered we paid US$20 for the service. Finally, there were several staff still smile and friendly.

For a basic stay.
The positives: The hotel is new, has a lift, nicely sized and very clean and confortable rooms that are not too cramped for more than 3 adults in 1 room including a wheelchair (family room) and a good breakfast with a coffee machine (great coffee!) The staff were pleasant and accomodating and the airport shuttle was on time and even flexible. The negatives: The main reason I wouldnt recommend this hotel was because the toilet flush wasn't working properly and at one time the toilet leaked after flushing, flooding half the bathroom. Also, shower gels are provided but no hand soap given in the bathroom. Only two towels were provided though we were three people. Secondly, the check-in process was not very good as the reception staff was not proactive in providing all necessary information for a check-in. I had to prompt her for information on keys and breakfast. It was almost as if she didn't know how to do a check-in. Also, even though my resort had made an arrangement with the hotel for our pickup and transfer to the resort for the next day, the check-in staff had no idea on the timing or what the arrangement was and told me to call the resort to find out from them myself. Coordination should be done by the hotel staff as they need to liaise with each other. Thankfully the subsequent reception staff was more proficient and helpful and was able to give me a pickup time. The hotel would be more recommendable if the first of these two problems are resolved.

this guest booked a room for 1 person and ask us to check-in 3 pax , we explain them the extra charge that they need to pay for the goverment tax is not a problem at all , the second thing is they got mis understood about the amount ,

今までで最悪の宿でした。 いきなり適当なチェックイン、朝食時間の説明やチェックアウト、その後の送迎の話も無し、無論ウエルカムドリンク、お茶さえも無い。 無料の朝食、8枚切りくらいの食パン2枚、卵リンゴオレンジひとかけら程度。飲み物はオレンジジュースとホットミルクホットコーヒー、お湯のみ 無い方がマシな朝食。 隣の席で使っていたケチャップを頼むと「無い」と言われる 隣の人が貸してくれたのでいけたが、次の日も無いと言われ「あれはチリソースだ」と、言われる。 ホテルマンの挨拶も笑顔も無し、むしろ無視されている。 バスルームの掃除が無く排水溝の水が流れない バスマットも滞在中交換無し 浴室&トイレの換気扇が機能しておらずカビ臭い トイレのあとも勿論臭い。 トイレットペーパーの予備も補充もなく、フロントにもらいに行くと、部屋まで来て紙が無いのを確認してから使いさしの半分くらいのロールを渡された 部屋にティッシュケースはあるのに中身が無く最後まで補充も無し。 天井のシーリングファンは回らない。 プライベートビーチなど無く、ビーチから帰ると足を洗えと言われ、洗ってる間監視されている。 ホテルのせいではないがフルマーレのビーチは綺麗ではない、人口ビーチなので期待しないほうが良い カウントダウンの大晦日の夜、外に出ようとすると 門限があるから出てはいけないとか言い出す。 なんとか外に出してもらい、0:20頃帰ると案の定鍵を掛けられている。ノックして開けてもらい、裏口から入らされる。 24時間対応のロビーはどこに行った? 最終日、夜にいきなりドアをノックされ、フロントに来いと呼び出される。何事かと思うとチェックアウトの時間の確認、19時のフライトなのに11:30チェックアウト、荷物の預かりも断られ、50ドル払えば13時まではいても良いと言い出し、断る! 11:30アウト12:00送迎でさっさと出て行くことにする。 部屋に戻るとまたノックされ、送迎は12:30だと言い出す。ロビーで1時間も待てないと交渉したが譲らない、チェックアウトを12:00にさせる。 チェックアウト時のホテルマンの挨拶も何も無し 送迎に20ドルも払って狭いワゴンに詰め込まれ。 帰りは空港入り口手前で下ろされ歩かされる。 おもてなしの心が全く感じられない。 下手するとモルディブそのものが嫌いになりそうな宿です。

被迫在房只能逗留不到12小時
早餐,只有兩片方包加一隻煎蛋,吃不飽! 最不滿到達後,兩個行李生強搶行李,站在房內不走,就如要你給過保護費後,才肯離開房間! 晚機到達酒店後,櫃檯小姐說已接洽下一程酒店安排我們必須在早上8:00離開房間!但事實是他們為接待下一批8:30到達之新入住住客(房間內的床單枕頭究竟有沒有更換乾淨,留待自己去想像) 看在只住上一晚,連稅後,HK$700(不包US20交通費)三人房的租金下,只能接受 好處是: 非常近海灘! 接待酒店住客的車,是印有酒店標誌!

空港から車で15分
設備が全体的に新しくて綺麗、使いやすい。 従業員は親切で、オーナーさんにはダイブショップを紹介してほしいとお願いしたら、当日にもかかわらずすぐにローカルショップを紹介してくれてすぐにダイビングができた。 ただ、ベッドの枕に使用前から髪の毛が数本ついていたのが気になった。
