Upon check in, my request for 2 single beds was accommodated. Staff are very and hardworking. Breakfast is delicious. Pool is just right. Convenient when going shopping or dining as they are a few minutes next door.

Right across SM City which helps with shopping and dining. The location cannot be beat. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Very clean. The only downside will be the toiletries: the dispenser is difficult to operate for those with hand mobility issues. Low quality of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Such a shame. I will still use the property but I will bring my own toiletries!!

Everything was fantastic, I would like to thank Melka,Kristine at the front desk ,Genine,Fred at the restaurant Mike,Ryan in the bar and everyone else that I don’t know their names. Sorry if I misspelled anyone’s name,. Everyone was fantastic and made my stay exceptional. I highly recommend and will stay there again when I get to Iloilo City again. The property was very nice and is very close to SM City. I only had one issue. We were there for a week. Each day our towel or robe situation changed. The first day we were only missing face towels. It was not a big deal, but noticeable. Breakfast was great. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to SM but if you have a car, parking is a challenge. Slots always full so you have to wait. Room was ok. It was the breakfast buffet that ruined the experience. We got there at the dining around 830am, there’s barely any food left. We asked and they said they are going to refill so we waited. No refill happened. So we ended up eating whatever scraps left because we were already hungry. And this is christmas morning. There’s a lot of guests yet they did not prepare enough? The table beside us even asked for a manager but the only staff who were there are the waiters and lady at the entrance of dining cafe. Pls improve your customer service and keep up with the expectations for a Radisson brand.

So hard for them to accommodate big families. They cannot guarantee rooms close to each other even if you have paid in advance already and have checked in online. You would only know upon in-person check-in if they are able to put you next to each other. Connecting rooms are also only an option upon check-in. You cannot book it in advance. These are their policies though. So if you're a planner, it's definitely challenging. You would also have to pay extra if you want extra towels. We had a toddler and used the pool so our towels were soaked. They told us that they can only "refill"/ change towels once daily and adding one more is also charged extra. They are really friendly though and tried their very best. I guess Radisson's policies in Iloilo are just absurd. Their other hotels aren't like this - at least the ones i have been to. Rooms are too small as well. There are definitely better options. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. It's attached to SM City so it is really convenient.
