“The location of this property is amazing! Proximity to the beach fantastic and we loved the grassy area and short walk. The inside is dated and not the most “kid friendly” as there as sliding glass tables everywhere and slate flooring. However the biggest shortfall was the oven not working and lack of responsiveness from Vacasa (the property management company). We have two very picky eaters and snagged some pizzas and salads to cook at the beach house after a long day in the sun. However the...

“I was working in Clatsop County, OR 30+ years ago when I discovered Gearhart by the Sea! A recent family wedding was the perfect opportunity for me to share this corner of the world with my adult daughter! We truly enjoyed staying at the condo and exploring the surrounding area!! Our vacation is over now but I hope to return soon. Management is very helpful and friendly!”
