OK but was expecting more

The front desk staff was rude. They treat u like ur a bother to them and not informing ur customers of a charge for incidentals that takes 3 days to refund is rediculous. The hotel was cute n the room was clean and comfortable but unfortunately the staff ruined my stay

No room service if not out by 9am. Frayed carpets with carpet cleats dangerously exposed. Air conditioning makes a racket and is ancient. Beds and furniture are ancient. Excessively priced for what you get. Kitchenette was appreciated.

Definitely not worth it. Hotel is about 5 blocks from the beach.

Huge loft suites with vaulted wood ceilings

Pros: Unique architecture and loft suites; the slides and lazy river being put in will be a lot of fun-wish they were up and running during my stay!
Cons: Shutters for the large window in master suite to help keep room quiet and dark
Location: White sandy beaches, restaurants, and shops 2 blocks away
Quick check in and check out, nice lobby, mini gulf/resturarant/bar on first floor. Either harbor side views or partial ocean views from the rooms. The immaculately clean King Suite rooms provided a fully functioning kitchen (with dishwasher and stove/oven!) and included plates, pans, and utensils. Open floor plan to living room with two couches and big flat screen tv, and off of that a large balcony. Stairs up to huge mater bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower with rain head. Master bedroom overlooked living room down below and included a flat screen tv and walk in closet. Location is 2 blocks to white sandy beaches and restaurants. Hotel includes a nice sized pool with barefoot bar and a children's half including waterfalls and water sprayers. Wish we would have spent our entire vacation at this hotel!

Pros: Clean and good service. Good restaurant. Good pool to relax. Easy parking. Quick check in.
Cons: No sure as everything was great.
Location: Sand Key, Clearwater beach. The best is to go to John's Pass. Plenty of great restaurants in the area.
This was a good, clean and comfortable hotel. Enjoyed the comfort of their pool. Good food at their restaurant. Relaxing and good service.

Cons: One of the pools had a number of non-hotel residents in it, no checking to make sure, anyone could just walk right in, and they did.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay, location was great, short drives to other beaches, shops, and places to eat and visit. Relaxing stay, quiet, easy to deal with staff. Had two pools, one more for the kids. Like the bands that played nightly at the bar/rest located on site. Short walk to the beach.

Horrible experience overall

I had the worst experience here! Not good at all! The room was bad, staff was VERY RUDE, manager wouldn't credit or give a different room and most of all the park/getting to the room is awful as well.

When we first arrived, I was excited as the hotel is very cool looking. However, i was very disappointed in our room,as i had requested a first floor room as i have a bad knee and would have liked a bay view. The room they gave us was way away from everything, on the 2nd floor and no bay view. it was a cubby box. My husband called front desk and was told nothing could be done without having to upgrade ie more money. So he went downstairs to talk to them. he explained the situation and the girls at front desk very graciously accomodated us.They gave us a first floor king suite by the bar, game room etc. it truly made the vacation so much better. The hotel is very nice and the new water park will be a great addition. the bar and live music was great and was the food. I cannot say that i would stay there again as I like beachfront but it definately was enjoyable.
