Great house, beautiful walkable neighborhood
Stayed with my 5 year old and partner. Loved the outdoor space and bunk beds. Bring a stroller or wagon if you have kids and walk to the Monon greenway for food and a playground for kids. Also appreciate that you don’t have to do a lot of cleanup. Just lock the door and they take care of it.

Not a "Luxury" Ranch as stated
Nice for a summer rental, nice deck and huge backyard. Winter rental, not so much. Place was cold, needed rugs especially in fam rm, with tile floors. Limited end or coffee tables to set anything on. Furniture uncomfortable. Temperature controlled with Nest. 63-71 degrees. Needed a new mattress in 3rd bedroom. We moved living rm furn to fam rm to seat guests for Bday party, which was a total of 7. Place okay but luxury it is not

This is a very nice property in an ideal location for activities in and around Carmel. We appreciated quick responses from owners regarding minor issues. Bedding is comfortable and property is very clean. The backyard was a hit with our dog who spent hours barking at the squirrels. We plan on returning to this home.

Very responsive, friendly host. Water pressure very low in master bath, other shower drains very slow. Very nice backyard. Wish each bedroom had a mirror, that was odd. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen.

Great place for family visit
This home was perfect for grandparents, parents, and three kids. The kids enjoyed the games that were available, and a big plus was the ping pong table! All three generations enjoyed playing together. Location was great for trips to Indianapolis and Noblesville. The card table and chairs were brought in from the garage to do puzzles. Created special family memories! These were very nice things to have available.

Cute House - Perfect Location!
This house is in a perfect location to access all the great shopping, restaurants, bars and sights to see in the beautiful Carmel area. I have been to this area twice now and will be back, as it is the perfect location for a girls trip, with so many cute shops and flowers downtown everywhere you look. The house itself is well set-up, decorated nicely, comfortable and has all the amenities needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms have great closet room and two of the bedrooms have dressers. I had great and prompt communication with the owner when needed. The only suggestion I would make to the owner is possibly putting larger house numbers on display and adding the 126th Street option for navigation to the listing. I highly recommend this rental!

Great location in Carmel, about a half mile from the Palladium. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Two living areas. Nice backyard porch space with a gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay, great response from owners
This is a nice clean property, we'd stay again if our travels bring us back to the area. Beautiful town too, wish we could've enjoyed it more but of course it rained basically the entire time. Great location within walking distance to so much. Thank you for the stay!
