"Cute home, had everything we needed. Loved that it had extra towels, toiletries, coffee pot. Communication with manager was very easy and fast. Could use a new set of pots and pans and some mixing bowls and maybe a few extra seats. Overall super happy with it and would book again! We enjoyed it!"

Go for a walk around the neighborhood and see the gorgeous Victorian homes on Broadway and on Park. Hosts were super responsive and gracious. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Indy! "Myself and an old friend (both 65+) opted for this property based on driving distance, short-term availability and features. It is a very pretty property. Rolling hills as is typical of S. Indiana. Nicely mowed and a great deal of design to minimize mud and keep the land draining into the pond. Rather secluded but not entirely out of site of any neighbors. "This lodging was fine for us. We did not spend much time in the apartment. We were in town for a convention and so we were at the convention center morning to night. The location was two miles from the downtown convention center so easy travel there. The size of the apartment was definitely cozy for the four of us, but it was accurate to the booking so we knew it would be. Size wise the biggest challenge was the compact shower. "We come to the area for our annual DMB weekend. Always stay in Broad Ripple area love the food options and of course Monon Coffee! Don’t mind the drive to the venue as it’s close to lots of other things. Will book again when we are in the area"

"A group of friends came into town for a concert and this house was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone and it was less than 15 minutes from the amphitheater. We had a small issue with the electronic door lock, but the hosts responded immediately and took care of the problem. I would come back here when traveling to this area again."
