Unfriendly staff, very much different from description, not good for the money value, does not fit anyone who is old or have knee, leg, or back problems at all as there are lots of stair to climb.. if you book and even if you die there is no way they return your money for any other reason… they are money hungers, super greedy and not polite. First of all, I want you to know that we do not accept the unrealistic bad comments you made about us. I can summarize your malicious behavior as follows. We contacted you as soon as your reservation fell into the system before you even checked in to the hotel, because you shared fake credit card information, but you promised "don't cancel my reservation, I will pay when it arrives", so we kept your reservation and did not cancel it. Then you checked in to the hotel and made the payment. However, you will join another tour after 2 days, so you wanted to leave the hotel early because you made an Antalya and Cappadocia program and requested a refund from us. First of all, you were told many times that the date cannot be changed, partially or completely refundable according to the rules and conditions of your reservation (norefundoble), and although it was shown to you in the reservation voucher, you insisted that this reservation rule is the same in every country in the world. Just like non-refundable airfare, the procedure works the same. Then you called expedia and expedia made the same explanation to the customer representative, this time you were not satisfied, you complained to expedia with the reason that you were given a different room than the one in the picture. If expedia, take a picture of the room and send it to us by e-mail, we will compare if the room is really different, you will immediately receive it. Let's find another hotel or pay your full price without any deductions." But you couldn't do that either because there was no difference in the room, this was just an excuse. Remember, expedia.com is a world giant company, what makes this company so great is that it respects guests' satisfaction and It is due to the guests securing every rightful request. However, your request was rejected because it was not realistic. Then you contacted us again. This time cancel my reservation to us, I paid you half of the amount. You will not pay a commission to the agency, we also reject your offer. because this is you your statement cannot be considered ethically correct, and after that we said that it is no different from theft for us. We cannot make a special application for you, if we cancel your reservation, we must accept the request of all guests who come with this request. This cannot be possible either. This time, you blackmailed us and threatened to write bad comments if your request was not met. Frankly, we were not surprised, we were already expecting this from you. Our hotel and work team welcome the justified demands of each of our guests, even if we are exposed to threats or blackmail from bad comments, unfair and unethical demands are not met, this is our basic principle. Regards !

The hotel is in the most perfect location, step out and you are within walking distance of all the must see hot spots. The staff are exceptionally, kind, helpful and go the extra mile to help on any way they can. Etrugul and Hasan took really good care of us. Thank you Mustafa for arranging our transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here with my three children in a family room and it was a great and comfortable stay. I think I’m awarding extra points for the staff as they really did make us feel welcome and well looked after.

This place was horrible. There were stairs from the entrance to the lobby, and by stairs I mean a lot of them. They put us on the 7th floor which meant that we had to take another flight of stairs from the 6th floor as the elevator only goes to 6th floor. The stairs are steep and poorly lit. We actually checked out the next morning and moved to another hotel. Even though we already paid for 3 nights and they wouldn’t refund us for the 2 nights that we didn’t use. The room was very crammed. It had a hit tub inside the room but I wouldn’t use it as the edge was very high making it a hazard to get in and outside of it. Also the bathroom was very old and the door wouldn’t close unless you shut it forcefully. I wouldn’t recommend this place. For the same amount of money you can get a much better hotel in the same area

Sub-standard and TERRIBLE in a unique way. I can't find even a single good aspect about this hotel. If there was a rating below one star, they surely deserve it. I have documented ALL the below using my phone camera and sent them to Expedia as a proof. I have asked for immediate relocation and Expedia moved me out of this property in less than 2 hours from check in, which I refused to even complete and take the "allegedly usable" room. Here's why it sucks: - Filthy Toilet (dried up human pee stain on the "sealed clean" toilet seat and human hair on the mattress and pillow. Coke stain on the side table unidentifiable dark crumbles. - Room delivered without toilet papers and toiletries! - Broken shower stand and a missing piece that switches water from tub to shower. Missing piece found on a stand near the shower but unusable! - Clearly dysfunctioning Safe: it was locked while open, and can't be closed. - Filthy floor: the corner where you should use your hand to switch on/off the side lamp (main source of light) is full (as in FULL) with piles and balls of dust and human hair. - Internet does not work plug and play: they had to call an "engineer" to make internet work on my Macbook, taking 20 min. - Lame Excuses: "we all make mistakes" was the only excuse offered to the handful of killer mistakes above. - Absent Management: tried reaching the manager over 2 hours. He was simply "not there" or "I'm not allowed to talk to him". ** Bottomline: a fraud-grade hotel!

Don't go there and don't book from Expedia first of all the views in pictures big lie in and I booked a room with 3 double beds I brought my brother wwith me they told me u chose 1 adult in my reservation witch is does not change anything because it's per room in Expedia so I got in with my brother they made me wait. For 10 minut then they gived me the room key and I discovered that they just cleant ( weird) I went out with my brother when we come back I find them waiting for me asking to pay 55$ to let my brother in he the question now for them it's so logique to rent a room with 3 double beds alone and you can do nothing you are in them hotel and in them country and speak poorly English .........my money I will have it from Expedia ..here is Canada not Turkey

The location is excellent (after u finish your check in) u will be in the heart of taksim square area. but transportation of your luggage in and out of the hotel is not easy especially if you have more luggage. executive suite is written to be suitable for 6 adults but actually the room space is occupied by 3 double bed where no space is left for movements or even keeping your luggage in the room.

Simply AWFUL - Avoid this Property
Such a poor property - complete mis-sell from the pictures. Called a prestige suite - more like 3 double beds squashed into one room with not enough room to even breathe. No idea how they market this for 8 people. Room wasn't even clean and still wanted to charge us ... other travelers have experienced the same - see reviews - ruined my trip and had to book elsewhere and wouldn't refund then made up lies and excuses. Complete SCAM of a property.

The most liar persons I ever met in Turkey, it's my 12th time I visited Istanbul I never met staff like this staff, I booked executive suite with terrace, when I arrived they said that there is problem in electricity in the room and they suggest to give another lower level room with same price, it wasn't money problem for me, it was a terrace and jaccuzi plan for me and for my wife, I asked them to show me to be sure that the room really have problems as they said, they refused, later they told me that there is a customer in the room I booked and I paid the booking 2 months before. I dont recommend any person to trust making a booking in this hotel, they are the most rude people i ever met

The hotel is nice , great position, the people serving at reception and breakfast are wonderful people, very kind and friendly, helpful. Excellent breakfast. The only problem was that we booked a double room for 6 people and it was very small for 6. Probably ok for say family of 4 but for 6 it was very cramped. I misunderstood the description, I thought it looked much bigger in photos but the second bed are sofa beds in kitchen, once you open them up the kitchen living area become too cramped. There was not much space for luggages for 6 people. Way too small. But the main bed was very comfortable, one of the best beds ever, and decor very nice. But just too small for 6 people. The people serving breakfast were really nice people. I forgot their names but really nice people.

no one go to this hotel the staff is impolite and they charged me 40 Euro for 1 year old baby , dirty hotel, the AC was broken, a lot of noises from outside, the staff knock the door at 2 am to get the 40 euro, if you stay in this hotel you will not feel any kind of safeness especially if you have a family.
