We arrived all way from US just to find out that they put us in a different hotel 10 minutes away. We picked this hotel to be walking distance to Hagia Sophia. We were very disappointed as it appeared it maybe hotel practice to get guests in that location and then “upgrade them to better room further away”. Be aware that if you book this hotel, you may actually stay someplace else.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the old town in Istanbul. The hotel is really near the main sights like the basilica, blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, and notable streets with many dining options. It is also walkable to the grand bazaar and Egyptian bazaar, which makes it great for those that would like to travel and sightsee on foot. Otherwise, trams and taxis are also available, and can take you across to the new town easily. Would like to give a big shoutout to the staff in the hotel, everyone was really welcoming and friendly. We had breakfast there for our last day and the spread was a delight. 5 stars for us and happy to have stayed there :)

I m really pleased with their customer service. I landed in the morning, and they were happy to check me in without any additional charges. When inquired about food place at 4am, the staff literally came with breakfast platter when the kitchen was closed. Reception staffs go extra mile to look after their guests. Even 2 of staffs helped my wife with the luggage and walked to the taxi parking area, as taxis can’t come to the reception area (500 m). I stayed there only for 2 nights, as I had medical appointment, but I wish I could stay there for longer.

A cosy place amidst history!
We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here. When we arrived i was not quite sure how it would be as the entrance was very basic. However staff went above and beyond with service. Breakfast was amazing and so much choice! The rooms were cosy and always cleaned well. The only drawback was that taxis were not allowed in the area as it is a UNESCO heritage site. However after the first day we got used to the idea and it truly isca beautiful historical location.

This is a wonderful hotel located right in the centre of the Old City. The Hagia Sophia is right next to the hotel and many of the central attractions are within walking distance. There is also a tram stop located a short distance from the hotel. The rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable. Lovely bathrooms with hot water. I had a really great night sleep here. I would suggest having the Turkish breakfast in the morning - a lot of food and all of it tasty, it will set you up for the day. The hotel also offers tea and treats in the afternoon - recommended! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage, explaining how to use public transport or helping you book a tour. I would stay here again, this hotel had a very warm and friendly feel to it.

The staff was great, always helpful with a smile, never make you feel like you are inconveniencing them, felt welcomed, although at some points we had an understandable language barrier, but the message and jokes were communicated easily Reception open 24 hours If you don’t have an itinerary like my wife and I, feel free to ask at the reception, we did almost all the recommendations from private tour, spa, boat cruises and restaurants during our four night stay They also have a lovely breakfast

This boutique hotel is an oasis in a bustling city. Situated beside the Haiga Sofia and the Blue Mosque and the park that is Topkapi Palace and on a main tram line of the city. Perfect location! 20 minute tram from ships terminal. Beautiful rooms and unbelievable breakfast, traditional, highly recommend, and North American.

The staff at this hotel goes over the top to please their guests. Our friends were not staying at the hotel with us because they had reservations elsewhere, but they kept their luggage for them and provided transfer to the airport for them anyway. They made reservations for our group to eat at an amazing roof top restaurant. We had 360 degree views of this amazing city that is breathtaking at night. Great food also! The breakfast in the morning is amazing and given complimentary to the guests. This hotel is awesome!

Had a great stay. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me book dinner reservation and even tours. Some of them being super last minute. Also the location of the hotel was excellent. It could be a little noisy seeing that it’s right across the street from the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. But I didn’t really mind it.

The location is perfect. The staff is the most friendly, helpful and attentive we’ve ever experienced. We were walked to shops, shows, restaurants and accompanied while we shopped. All the recommendations were terrific. We’ve been to almost 90 countries, but we’ve never had this class of attention. Can’t say enough great things about this place. We hope to come back again. Hotel with an AMAZING location
We love this hotel and have stayed on several occasions. This hotel is in the most stunning location, and the service is great and the staff are friendly. This for sure was a gem during my short stay. The hotel is perfectly positioned to easily visit all of the great sites, restaurants and shopping that Istanbul has to office. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were accommodating and friendly. I had to take away one star bec if the sewage odor coming from the toilet. This is probably not the fault of the hotel; however I would suggest utilizing deodorizers to take care of the awful smell.

Liked the location of the hotel as had easy access to tram system to get around and it was in a walkable area. The accommodations were nice and the staff were very helpful. The only problem was very close to a mosque so clearly hear the calling to prayers.

Right in back of Hagia Sofia this hotel is perfectly placed for a sightseeing trip to Istanbul. It’s cute and stylish, very boutique. Our room was small but nice. The best part of the hotel is the people—Sinan and Enes were so friendly, so helpful, and went out of their way to do SO much to make our trip great. They made all the right recommendations and had opinions about what suited us best—and they were right. We were able to completely trust them.Thank you!

BEST Service EVER from a hotel
I booked my stay based on reviews of this place, and I was not disappointed. I apologize in advance for the length of this review, but I OWE it to this place. When we arrived after disembarking from our cruise, they allowed us to check in early - no extra fee and it was like 11:00 am. They front desk offered to arrange for a tour guide to take us around. We can usually manage and it as $180 euros so we hesitated but then agreed. I was worried the tour guide was his brother-in-law's cousin's ex boyfriend but it was NOT. Come to find out, tourist guide is a 4 year degree in Turkey, and you have to have credentials. The guide said he made it to the hotel in 58 minutes from when he received the call. While we were waiting in the lobby, the hotel brought us hot tea and cake! The staff offered us water while we were checking in, and our room also had complimentary water. We had breakfast there (off the menu and not the buffet) and it was very good. The front desk helped us numerous times for everything from currency exchanges to arranging a taxi for us to the airport. When we got to the airport, my traveling companion realized her Iphone was still in the taxi. We called the hotel, who called the taxi company, and made arrangements for the taxi driver to return to the airport where he dropped us off to return the phone. The location is within walking distance to 6/10 of the hightest rated attractions in Istanbul. The room was clean, sufficient in size, AC worked, good

Very very good little boutique! Very clean and centric place to be in Istanbul. 3min Walk from Blue Mosque and other great attractions from Turkey.
