Reception fantastic Erkan was very welcoming knowledgeable excellent professional. He was a wealth of information on transportation where to eat everything. Erkan should get a big raise. I would definitely stay there because of his excellent service. He was so helpful. Hotel is clean location perfect great transportation hub to airport or anywhere. Nice neighborhood lots to see do. Exceeded my expectations. Very clean.

Location is good, but hotel itself was fair, rooms are very tiny and toilet water cut off at night. Overall our stay was not bad.

Not worth it
It was smelly, needs renovation. Overall a not so nice room. There were problems with hot water, takes forever to get it. And on the end of stay there was no warer at all, so had to leave the room without shower. Staff was not too friendly. The location is good tho, right in Kadikoy center and near the bus and ships terminal. Overall, a bad value for money. Would not consider it next time.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a central location for food and transportation. I would stay here again if I were to return to this city.

Nice, clean and safe hotel just a few steps away from the Kadikoy ferry terminal. Spacious room, good internet and hot water. What else do you need?!

Not friendly
The employers weren't friendly, even didn't say any welcoming words. Room is ok for a night, it was clean, but we felt smoking smell in our bathroom , cuz been coming from the neighbours.

The location is great, but the rooms are not. The shower was uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn't work. They put me in a room that had a bright light shining directly into the window at night, which meant I couldn't leave the window open despite having no air conditioning. I left 3 days early and paid extra for a different hotel.

you wanted to stay in bigger room. we showed the bigger room and you accepted to stay in it. AC is working, i do not get why you are commenting like that. Also when you saw the room, you have seen the light which is light of building. Also you stayed 4 days in that room and did not tell us about your complainings. Now how can you explain your mean atitude?

mostly good hotel.Wifi a bit erratic,Aircon good and had mini fridge in room.Positioned at far end of bay but not far from airport bus stop.

When arriving \check in and I asked for water, they replied you can go outside and buy, we don't have any water here. The recaption also said they are going to lock the door at 11pm , so if you go out, expect to wait till 7am . There was strong sense of prejudice and discomfort in their interactions , if you can't tolerate dealing with foreign customers with respect, why you approve their booking ?! Finally in the morning the elevator was broken.

other than the unfriendly receptionist, the hotel and its room was a nice choice for travellers who wish to stay a couple of days and having restricted budget. The room I stayed in was in great condition, clean, and nicely prepared. I enjoyed my stay, though I can't say it is very amazing.

Smelly and dirty
Just because a hotel is a bit lower priced does NOT mean you get the lowest quality. The room smelled like rotten dead rat, the floor was leaking and every inch of the room was dirty and extremely reeking. I asked for change, the clerk asked for extra money which I was happy to give only to find out I was given worse and even dirtier, leakier room. Luckily my girl had to leave early so she didn't spend the night in the smelly room. I personally do not recommend the hotel at all unless you want to suffocated in dirt and smell.

Good location near to ferry and other transport
It was our last week in Istanbul, so we decided to stay in a hotel on the Asian side after couple months staying in apartment on the European side. The hotel was in a good location near to the ferry and Marmaray line. Everything you need is within reach.
