Stay Away From this Hotel
Stay away from this hotel! They never respond to your phone calls or emails! We were booked to stay in this hotel but due to Corona-virus spread all flights to Turkey got halted by Turkey government. So, we were not able to travel. Shockingly, this hotel refused to give us a refund for something that is out of our control! They took all the money and do not refund any of it. They even refused to change the reservation to another date or even giving us a voucher for future use. They are basically stealing my money and taking advantage of the the virus spread and the international crisis! I will work through lawful actions to get my money back!

Air conditioners are central system and hot air works in winter mode.Bathroom faucets are bidirectional..Spray and normal water discharge.. Probably you didn't know how to operate..Room cleaning is done by the house keeping staff every day..the beginning of the assessment in Turkish and the comments you write in English indicates that you are malicious..My request to you type your real experiences..Best regards

A nice place out of the tourist district.
This was our second stint in Istanbul as part of the same trip, having stayed in the middle of the tourist district in Fatih on our first time. We wanted somewhere different, and were not disappointed with the area. This place is in a quiet wee road, but it’s just a few minutes walk to loads of restaurants and shops, with a more authentic vibe (rather than a touristy one). The room itself was good too. But the hotel needs a good clean. The service is fine, clean linen, showers etc, but the walls, doors and rubbish bins need some attention. It all makes the place a wee bit grim. We enjoyed the breakfast and the service was good.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was location. It was not clean at all towels smelt bad and very old. Bed sheets were stained looked dirty. Staf wasn't welcoming. Overall I would not recommend this hotel

I was not sure what to think after reading several in-depth reviews, so booked my room for a couple nights just in case I wanted to move elsewhere or head home early. I really enjoyed my stay, so much so that I re-booked for extra nights here and am glad I did. --- The hotel is quaint-feeling, clean, and peaceful. The rates are great and the location is good. There are a lot of small wonderful little restaurants and coffee shops the locals eat at that give you a vibe of how the locals live in this area, while also having the comfort of a lovely huge shopping mall a couple blocks a way for if I felt the need to be around a lot of people since I was traveling by myself. I liked that combination. It is very close to several busses and trains to go pretty much anywhere you want (for example, I went to the beach the other day and had a wonderful time there). The hotel is not fancy with all the bells and whistles but that is not what I wanted; I wanted a quaint feeling place in a non-touristy peaceful place, where the staff was personable, professional, welcoming, kind, and friendly - which they are! They were also very accommodating. I appreciated that so much after having a rough start to Istanbul staying somewhere else; I came early in the morning and did not expect to check-in that early, but was delighted they offer to get me checked-in early at no extra charge. That meant a lot to me. ---One last note, I also appreciated their large Turkish breakfast. Lots to chose from.

Room was clean and ready by the time I arrived, staff was helpful and friendly. Location is great, quite close to Taksim and just 3 min walk away from metro-bus station. Definitely would recommend to people.

Good location
Day one, problem with bathroom, complained, plumber arrived eventually and problem gets sorted. Day two, woken up in the middle of the night, water pouring out from ceiling of the living area, from the corner of the light fitting, one suit ruined, other saved but with dirty marks, called reception, provided with a bucket, suit sent to dry cleaners and promised to change to another room. Problem continued for the rest of stay (4 days) with daily complaint to reception and no sleep for 3 nights in a row, no action taken by the hotel on the account of “ we are fully booked” and you have to cope with it. Eventually left the hotel with an official complaint to Expedia.co.uk and awaiting escalation for a full refund and compensation

it seemed like the staff were very strict and not very trusting with guests, when I checked out they asked me to wait till someone check the room (perhaps they had bad experiences with guests nicking items from the rooms), I didn't mind waiting, but it was the first time I was ever asked to wait before check out till someone checks the room. also, at some point I was locked out my room, had to go down check with the receptionist and she's given me a new key card, yet it didn't work either, so they sent w technician who have realised the batteries of the locks needed replacement and replaced them. the room had a balcony, but the door to it was locked, and when I asked for the key to the balcony they said they don't have a key for it, which came across as strange. apart from that, the room was really nice, and it was actually quite bigger than advertised, it was generally clean and comfy, and the hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area yet is a few minutes walk from Sisli centre and the underground/subway/metro stations.

This hotel needs much better cleanliness and renovation. Bathrooms are terrible! Towels are from the last century! U can’t be sure about towel cleanness! White towels look like brightened black towels! Broken water taps, bathroom furnitures broken too.. A meticulous house keeping is a must. They don’t bother making the beds 2 days in a row. Such a shame. Never would like to stay let alına rating it! Zero zilch cero!!!!
