I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel, but what this hotel lacked in amenities, it made up for in services and friendliness. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. If you just need a clean, safe place to sleep.

This is a 1-2 start hotel. The best way to describe is “adequate”. If you are on a budget and looking for a decent no frills place near the blue mosque, this does it. The breakfast was terrible. We are one day and avoided it for the rest of the trip. The walls are super thin and you can hear pretty clearly what folks next to your room. No napkin / tissue paper provided, an electric pot is there to boil water but no tea / coffee provided. Rooms are tiny even for sultanahmet standards. When we asked for iron and ironing board, we got an old iron that has stiff stuck on it. When I asked for board the guy at front desk said just use the bed or floor as no board available. The folks at the front desk were helpful but clearly they had no idea how to run a hotel that caters to foreigners.

Our breakfast is above average in terms of variety and taste.The width of the rooms is also above Sultanahmet standards.You are right about ironing, we should have been more careful. It was a beautiful stay! The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful when it came to telling us about the area and giving us tips. They were very kind and thoughtful and always greeted us with a hello and a smile. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious; it was a little repetitive but still good. We were staying on the 3rd floor so it was a little difficult not having an elevator for the elderly in our group but we expected this before our trip. The location is very convenient; it was walking distance to many landmarks. And close by to a few grocery stores so we had access to everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Ideal for a long weekend in Istanbul.
From the moment of our arrival the young staff in this small family run hotel could not have been more welcoming, friendly, or helpful. It is a simple hotel, very centrally located, but tucked away in a quiet side street. The room was immaculately clean with comfortable beds. There are two roof terraces with great views over the Bosporus. Breakfast was simple but with plenty of choice of local dishes and more conventional choices. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay for a long weekend break in Istanbul.

Excellent location for old city exploration and many tourist attractions. Very clean property. Wonderful & tasty smorgasboard breakfasts, kind, helpful and friendly staff - most of whom spoke good English. Basic room, but very good bathroom facilities and air conditioning. Really worked well for our three-generational family. We had a spacious two bedroom/two bath suite with an amazing view. Staff were extremely friendly to the kids especially. Breakfast was fine as well. It's not the fanciest place but it was well taken care of and our rooms were always well serviced.

I only stayed 2 nights as the room was so tiny without closet not room to place our luggage. Manager and Orbitz were supposed to refund the rest of the nights as I moved to a different hotel. No refund received yet in spite of many calls and chats! Orbitz never contacted the hotel!!

Lovely clean hotel. Management endeavours to ensure that visitors had everything they needed. We had asked for a ground floor room thinking it meant no stairs but this proved to be a misunderstanding. However, the hotel changed room for us as soon as they could. If anyone wants no stairs ask for a lobby floor room. Overall, very clean, very close to Blue Mosque, polite and hard working staff members and a good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Stay was good and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Spoke good English and ready to help. Short walk (4 minutes) from all the main sites at Sultan Ahmet and the tram station. Breakfast was well stocked and had a wide variety of stuff. Just scrambled eggs though, no omelet station etc.

This place is very bad avoid at all cost. i booked 4 nights there and in my second night that they told me to leave because they had the room booked for another group of people. my family and I had to leave with our luggages looking for hotels. they are very disrespectful and not trust worthy. the room was very dirty and they don't clean it after each use. the food is bad and garbage. again avoid at all cost.

Mr. Hussein, You know very well that you made a reservation for 1 night and extended it for 1 night. You said, "Our check-out date is not certain, we will let you know if we extend the reservation". And since you haven't informed us yet, our hotel is open on online sales channels and our hotel was full that day. Reservation extensions must be notified in advance. otherwise no hotel in the world will give a free room guarantee for last minute extension. We know that you want to stay continue in our hotel a lot. I wish we had a spare room in our hotel that day so we could put you up longer. We are Sorry for that!

The room was completely different for which we were charged. It was confirm in our booking that facilities like ironing, kettle, daily room service with fresh bed sheets and towels along with small fridge will be provided but nothing of this sort was provided. A nice family hotel
The location is great! Very close to sights, restaurants and shops. A fantastic restaurant close by is New Season. Very reasonably price, excellent food and service. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is yummy. The staff is so kind and helpful. The hotel staff will even book a Covid test for you administered at the hotel for $18 USD. Sightseeing tours and airport transfer can also be booked through the hotel. If you can, bump up the top floor rooms. They’re beautiful with a patio and a sea view.
