We encountered a water problem on this property; however, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism by swiftly providing us with an alternative solution. They not only answered their phones but also responded promptly late at night to assess the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. While some of our plans were temporarily disrupted, we understand that unforeseen property issues can arise.
Our group truly appreciated the owner's proactive approach to resolving the situation and their willingness to be accessible when we needed them most. This level of dedication and responsiveness speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to enjoy this property once more in the future, as our overall experience left us with a positive impression and a sense of confidence in their management.
