We had to change rooms almost immediately after checking in due to the television not woeking properly, the bathroom in the new room smelled as if someone one was smoking pot and or cigarettes in it and again the television didnt work as it should have.

The property itself was great but after booking 3 nights and having no hot water for showers all 3 nights and everyday being told by management that daily it was being worked on, wasn’t the service we expected.. especially when we’re paying almost $300 a night and taking cold showers

Nice hotel that is undergoing renovation as of March 2024. Our room was newly renovated and very nice and modern! Staff were great too!

I chose this hotel out of many in the area because of the great "business center" when I got there there was I computuer and a printer that didnt work. when I asked the front desk for help , the rudely agrred to try but advised me that "they dont know anything about it" they were under construction and that should have been mentioned when I booked.

Poor communication on renovation
Was not told they was in the midst of a renovation.. they was drilling, cutting, screwing loud equipment all day Thursday and Friday it was terrible couldn’t get no rest my hallway flooring was tore up the walls was dusty and dirty

Disappointing stay
Expected better from an IGH hotel. front desk was friendly. The hotel is very outdated and our associate needed to change rooms. The first room was strongly smelling of cigarettes and the 2nd room had hair on the bathroom floor. You can do better!

Front desk staff quoted me over $900 for a 3 day stay when I called direct. Contacted expedia for reservation for my 3 day stay. Hotel under renovation which I did not know at time of booking. Might have chosen other site if aware of renovations.

Very Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing too. We were a little disappointed at the tiny bar of soap we received. Maybe we should have requested another one.
