Lovely stay!
We stayed a full week in this beautiful condo. Perfect view of the beach with beautiful sunrises and the moon shining over the ocean at night. The bacony was a perfect spot for reading and relaxing. The entire unit is tastefully decorated and all sorts of ambient lighting. Roku tv was a big bonus. Loved it here and can't wait to return!

Homey Condo to Enjoy Your Stay
We really enjoyed this inviting condo that had everything you needed for your stay. The views were outstanding and so easy to get to the beach. The communication from mgmt made everything effortless…they even had the lights on when we arrived. We felt very comfortable. So much better than staying at a hotel. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to replace the bed in the primary bedroom. It feels like it’s very old. We did not use the other bed. I would highly recommend this location.

7day winter break. Last minute decision to take a trip. This condo was absolutely the best place we’ve ever stayed. I couldn’t begin to tell all the good things about this unit. Everything you think you might need is there. The unit is super clean and taken care of. Decor is so inviting and pleasant to the eye. We will definitely return here.

Impressive
I was very impressed with this property! I have stayed in a lot of different places over the years but this place was most definitely my favorite. The property had everything I could have needed including the brand of laundry and dish detergent i use in my own home. Most places i have stayed coast a pretty penny yet have cheap furniture like squeaky beds and ceiling fans but this place did not. I could have hosted a party and would have only had to provide the food. They had any and every dish one might need as well as multiple way to entertain yourselves. I very much recommend this property.

we discovered that the umbrella was completely destroyed and sitting in back patio . The back porch screen was not attached to property or lit . There was sand in the beds. The bathroom was dirty, which I had to clean and I made this all aware to the management team, however, even though they provided us with a new umbrella, this was all I was offered no one ever came to fix any of the other issues and we ended up leaving early due to consistent issues. We were never met with a refund or any type of concession due to the issues we had.

First time ti Amelia island and it did not disappoint. We had an excellent time at Sur la Plage. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It has everything you need, labeled to make it easy to find things. The beach chairs and balcony seating could be updated but are useable. We will definitely try to rent this condo when we come back to the island.

Family Getaway
We visit Amelia Island every year and have stayed in several different places on different sides of the island. The area where the condo Oceans of Amelia is located our favorite side of the island to stay on. This condo was perfect for our family and exactly as advertised! Close to downtown and right on the beach. Very close to a beautiful and clean playground where we could take our toddler to run around when she had enough of the beach. The unit was well stocked and clean. Lots of towels, kitchen appliances and toiletries to get our vacation started. We will look for this unit again when we take our yearly trip!

The condo was exactly like the pictures and we were immediately mesmerized by the ocean view ! The windows and unobstructed ocean view are great ! Everything you could possible need was there . Only one thing that would have made the stay more perfect was a King sized bed in the master !

This Condo, with a glorious view of sunrise on the beach, was exactly as described… well equipped kitchen (for those like us who preferred to cook in several times), well maintained and nicely decorated living space, and minutes away from lovely downtown. Owner dropped by with a welcome basket of treats for us to enjoy! We will consider returning!

I loved the unit! Not only the wonderful location and beautiful beach views but the decor make me feel like I was walking into a home and not a rental property. We had a fabulous stay! The property was beautiful and very clean. The view was absolute stunning and we even got to see some dolphins on our last morning there. It’s located on a stretch of beach that is not heavily populated and family friendly. I would highly recommend!

Great condo right by the beach
Clean and updated condo with everything we needed. Kitchen had all the appliances and utensils, did not need to bring anything with us. Condo is on the third floor, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings to drink our coffee watching the morning waves. This unit had chairs, towels and umbrella to take down to the beach, which is just steps away. Keyless entry made it so easy to get in an out without having to look for keys. This place is not within walking distance from any restaurants, but the main strip is not far away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only issue is that parking is very tight, and we had a regular size truck and had to do a lot of wiggling back and forth to park. But the condo was great. We definitely recommend it.

I cannot say enough good things about this rental property! It far exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in to the time we left. The decor and furnishings are lovely, the kitchen is stocked with everything one might need, and the beds were very comfortable. The best feature in my opinion was the stunning view of the beach and ocean seen from the wall of windows as you walk into the living/dining area!! The owner has also made it super easy to find anything you might need by labeling all the drawers and cabinets. The owner also provided a renter’s binder with all the info that might be needed to make your visit even more enjoyable! Will definitely rent this property again!!

Overall, this property and location was excellent. Condo was very well stocked and organized with labels on all cabinets and drawers listing contents. The sunrises were fantastic. The only negatives were that the telescope and binoculars did not work and the furniture in the living room, although comfortable, was stuffed with feathers which occasionally stuck to us and popped out of furniture and pillows.

From the minute we walked in, we knew it was going to be great. The views of the ocean were exactly as shown online. the property was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen provided all the utensils, pots, pans and dinnerware needed. Sitting out on the balcony to eat breakfast and drink morning coffee was a highlight. Our interactions with neighbors were pleasant as well. I highly recommend. We can't wait to come back.

Great views from the balcony! Pelicans diving for their dinner! We watched every second. Our last day we were treated to a pod of dauphin's one jumping out of the water was awesome! The condo was nicely decorated. Kitchen they thought of everything. Comfy beds was a plus. It looks like the picture just a bit smaller than first looks. But plenty of room. Only one negative was the seating on the balcony. Needs different seats and little tables. But the nature shows we were given, made the seating not so bad. Thank you to the owners and the staff. Great vacation 👍

My daughter and I spent a few days here recently. We had stayed here before and had a great time. Beautiful location right on the beach, close to so many places from shopping to dining. Very relaxing and peaceful. However this unit was different then our first stay and we did have issues with cleanliness. After back and forth communication with the rental manager we were able to reach a agreement. I would highly recommend checking not only the beds but underneath them as well. Many problems with regards to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The general lack of cleaning on the most obvious of places left me feeling unsettled even after I cleaned. Bedding needs to be updated due to stains and rips. Mattresses need replacement as well. Stack washer and dryer unit is only one load at a time. While one load is washing you can not dry anything. If management can improve these areas of this unit, it would then be perfect.
