we had a frustrating check-in experience when we arrived after midnight. The guy at check-in doesn’t know how to give correct direction, they don’t show you map or proper way to get to the room, in our case- he directed us to go to their sister-hotel due to the main hotel he said was fully booked, he gave us the keys, scribbled on the card with room number that we barely can read, and just pointed outside saying the hotel is right next door mind you the hotel he directed us was not walking distance, we drove and we went to an empty-ghost hotel like hotel/casino with one security guard that didn’t help us at all, went back to buffalo to tell them it was wrong and pointed us to the other hotel across the freeway, drove, got infront of our room number with our luggages only to find out that the card key isn’t working, had to go back to buffalo but the guy wasn’t there so another lady finally gave us the correct room number and pulled out a map and gave us clear directions and promised to refund hotel fees but at the end that didn’t happen at check out. in short- NEVER AGAIN!!

My husband, 3 year old, 2 year old & I had a long, full day of travel. We got in later than expected & were all ready to get some rest. When we got there at 1am their system was down so couldn't check in until 3am! Because of the location there were no other options for a different hotel. The room & hotel itself needs a lot of tlc. Needless to say it was not a good experience & will never stay there again!

The restaurant and coffee shop staff were so nice! The room was better than expected and clean. Bedding was comfortable. The Resort fee seemed absurd, just add that in the price since the amenities are not that great. Still very smoky and dusty, we we had a nice time for one quick night.
