It's nice to hear that you had a wonderful time, we agree that the location, grounds, and pool are great, with the property located near some of the best beaches Antigua has to offer. We often hear our guests have had the pool to themselves. We find that other guests will head to the beach if the Pool is in use. As you know the water situation was out of our hands. I’m glad it was resolved, you felt at home and you went on to have a happy holiday. Don’t forget us if you want to return for another Holiday in Sunny Antigua.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the tranquil tropical surroundings and comforts of the apartment, as well as our recommendation for Rash’s Car rental. In the apartment, we also like to utilise the ceiling fans rather than the air conditioner. Within three miles we have five different beaches. Valley Church is the closest beach. We walk it In around five minutes. It would take longer if you have any injuries for sure. We love the walk to the grocery shop as it’s similar distance to back home - around ten minutes for us. We agree the food, drink, and atmosphere at Terry and Romona's TNA Sports are fantastic, they also cook local food and deliver the next day if you order from them, we love that they are conveniently located across from our private estate. Glad to hear you would stay again and we look forward to hearing from you should you return to Antigua.

We appreciate your glowing review. We agree that having Jolly Harbour, the biggest marina in the Caribbean, close by is a huge bonus. The team that maintains the pool and gardens do an excellent job. Hi Dave and Laurie thank you for staying with us for a whole Month. We are sorry you felt the flashlight, alarm and remote control were broken, this is however misleading, the batteries just needed to be changed on the TV remote, the flashlight needed to be charged and the alarm needed to be replaced, as you know we did this straight away. The microwave touch pad frustratingly stopped working during the first week of your stay and after we waited to no avail for the delivery of a replacement touch pad, and despite the fact we do have a Barbecue, four hobs and an oven I told our property manager Michelle to buy a new microwave for you to use as you said you only cook using a microwave. Sorry you had to wait. It’s very common to see flies and bugs in the Caribbean islands, this is why we provide all our guests with bug sprays, however, I can’t imagine anyone would stay for a whole month like you did, if, as you said, there was evidence of rodents in the living area. This is simply not true. I totally agree, we are in an excellent location, and are fortunate they built a lovely food and entertainment village across the road purposely for the entertainment of tourists who are guests of Hamilton Estate and The Sugar Ridge Villas next door and we have beautiful beaches within walking distance. None of our guests have ever mentioned excessive power cuts, rodents, the sound coming from across the road or the sound of our neighbours generator being a nuisance in any previous stay before, this is a first. Short power cuts are common in the Carribean, you mention that we don’t have a generator, but if we did have one I imagine you would’ve complained about the noise it made too. Wish you both the very best.

We too love having squash and Tennis courts near by and one of our faves is also Jolly Beach. Watching the warm Sun set over dinner or drinks never gets old. It is a luxury having everything close by but we do recommend hiring a vehicle to explore more of our Idyllic Island. I’m glad to hear you used our recommended vehicle services. I am glad you made use of the local Busses and the west coast village opposite, it's really convenient not having to walk far for food and also having a Bus pick you up and drop you off outside if you want to explore the Island more. Thanks for your lovely review. We are so happy you enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the apartment. Antigua is hot all year round so the temperature caused by the weather and sea salt has slightly affected the appearance of the dishwasher and washing machine. However, they both still work absolutely fine. We hope to see you another time in paradise.

Thank you for your lovely review we do appreciate it. We have no plans to include house cleaning for stays of 7 nights or less as we have enough towels and linen in the apartment for changes. We do also provide a washing machine for your use during the stay. So pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and hopefully we will see you again in the future.
