My booking was for a king, i arrived 10 minutes after the reservation and there were no kings available. I was put in a double and not compensated the difference in price. There was pee and trash in the stairwell that was not cleaned in the 3 days i stayed, it took 3 attempts to get me into a room that was clean with locking door. The appliances didnt work in the room

The beds and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The "breakfast" was a joke. No protein options. The room had tons of mold and the paint was peeling off the walls over the window. The refrigerator was unplugged and I lost all my food because I didn't notice it until morning.

The first two rooms we were assigned had doors that didn’t work. When we finally got a room, there were drugs in it and a bucket of dirty water and pipes right outside the room. We were given another room, and then the front desk manager walked in on us at 9:44pm when we were sleeping. Absolutely awful.

Changed rooms three times. First room covered in pubic hair. Second room had window propped open unbeknownst to me and someone could have came in while I was sleeping, and there were cigarette butts and ashes between table and bed. Third room, air barely worked. Told the mgr, Tina, she was rude. I have chemo yesterday and just needed to sleep but was only able to get two hours. She refused to refund my money or any type of compensation. I was treated horribly. Tina and housekeeping set on bench right by front door smoking. Like someone with cancer needs to breathe that!!

It had looked as if someone laid on the bed after it being made. The comforter had multiple stains, the sheets had multiple stains. There was someone else’s hair in the shower. We ending up just checking out after about 30 minutes and going and staying at the holiday inn.

The elevator was broken, I had to take the stairs with luggage. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the window was open, the tub had black dirt on the outside and dirty residue in the inside of the tub. The bedding was dirty and stained. I requested a refund immediately.

Do not stay at this property. It is in NO WAY to the standards of Wyndham. This is an older property, with management/ownership that DOES NOT seem to care about the poor conditions or compliant of guests.

We were at the end of the hallway on the first floor. Someone continued to bang on the door going to the outside and yelling several times during the night. Wasn’t a restful night. The hotel is tired. The bed comfortable.

Nice but aged - no real breakfast
The facility looked aged but solid - nice location. The bed was very comfortable and clean - it was obvious the cleaning crew know their craft. The climate control is modern where you just set temp and it heats or cools as necessary. The room did show its age (door deadbolt did not work, door stop broken, cracked tiles, shower head floated atound, and water flow from shower head not consistent) but it was clean. The breakfast is very rudimentary so don't expect much.

We arrived at 3:00 to check in, and there was literally not one single staff person present. We waited an hour and a half, and called every number we could find until someone finally answered and came over to try to help us. There was also no breakfast the next morning with no explanation from the front desk zombie girl who showed up at some point during the night with her poor baby who screamed bloody murder all night. I felt so sorry for that baby. The hotel was literally abandoned when we got there… We thought the rapture had happened.

I was given 4 room keys before I was given a room that I could stay in , one room had a busted bath tub and bed wasn't made , 2nd room had a guy laying in the bed when I walked in , 3rd room had a women already in it and the 4th was actually empty but lamp was broken and bath tub dirty . cleaning folks stole my personal items so the second night I had to use hotel shampoo to bath . DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

This was a disappointing stay for a Baymont. The good parts: staff were friendly and generally tried to be helpful. Room was clean. Property was convenient for our needs. The disappointments: - Property is undergoing renovation, and we were put in a room on which maintenance was stopped some time ago. There was broken furniture, a light fixture plugged in with no light bulb (probably violates codes), non-working refrigerator, shredded curtain, several rooms could be seen from outside to have torn window screens. - Lack of security. We saw no evidence of parking lot cameras, and the exterior stairwell doors (to be locked at all times) at both ends of the building were propped open our whole stay. - Breakfast options were more like those of a Days Inn than a Baymont (first morning). Second morning, there was no breakfast. Staff were apologetic, but made no effort to correct. Not an awful stay, but disappointing for the brand.

Shower and toilet drained verrrry slowly. When too talked to lady Friday am at the front desk “ I’ll let maintenance know”. The 4-5 times I had to use my card to get into room the key would not work , go down to the first floor and get card reprogrammed each time. It took about 30-45 minutes to get checked in Thursday night , there wasn’t anyone else in front of me. The room ceiling was sheet rocked by a bunch of third graders , if the ceiling was a road it would be shut down. Worst Wyndham I have ever stayed in. Customer service was just awful. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to stay at this Wyndham .

The first 2 rooms we checked into were not made and were told the housekeepers had just walked off and left. The rooms had a horrible odor and half the room lights didn’t work. Breakfast was a joke. This place literally needs to be closed down.

The Weather Was Pleasant...
The beds were too small for two people to sleep comfortably. The breakfast effort was a joke that didn't have me laughing. My grandmom used to tell me not to say anything if I can't say something nice. So...the weather was pleasant during my stay in Jonesboro.

There were no soft drink machines that were working. The room was clean but could use a good baseboard cleaning especially in the bathroom room. There were plenty of towels but not enough washcloths. Overall not terrible. The breakfast was definitely not the best— very skimpy. The air conditioning in room 222 didn’t work.

The first room I was assigned had no working air conditioning. The breakfast was in maintained and It had not been restocked They had individually wrapped frozen waffles and frozen sausage biscuits but there was no syrup. You basically had choice between toast and jelly and cereal. There were two homeless people sleeping in the eating area so I ate in my room so I didn’t wake them.
