Great communication from owner and property manager prior to checkin with directions and instructions. No problems with checkin or accessing unit. Condo grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Condo has nice view of pool and ocean. We enjoyed relaxing on the Lanai in the mornings and evenings. Pool is nice and has tiki bar with happy hour specials (3-6). Condo is a studio and as pictured. It was clean and functional. We loved the location of the condo for exploring the very beautiful island of Kauai. Would love to come back and spend more time!!

Minor issues quickly resolved
When we arrived the TV, internet and wifi weren't working. Rocco quickly resolved embryonic in a day. So overall, everything was very good.

Perfect location for us!
We loved staying in this condo unit! It was well stocked and we made good use of the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the lanai looks out over the pool area and tiki bar. There is a great view of the coastline from the lanai. We had a very late flight and we were even offered a late check out which we appreciated so much. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay
Room is clean . Set up for minimal cooking . Furniture is comfortable. All amenities shown in pictres are there. Rooms are small but we dont hang out in there so not a problem for us . The grounds are immaculate. Pool and hot tub cleaned daily . Keep in mine you are not a guest of the onsite management, so for instance you cannot go to the front desk and ask for pool towels, but you will have some in your room. Communication with the host is easy thru text or phone so any problems would be handled promptly. We use vrbo type listing rarely but i would say the host went over and above on our stay

It was a wonderful location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rocco was an excellent contact person. The only down side was the the kitchen area needed cleaning and we were a group of 3 and needed 2 bath towels each instead there were only 4 bath towels total.

Great location to watch the sunrise. The unit needs a major upgrade and deep cleaning. It is dated. Furnitures are old and worn out. The only pro in staying at this place is the location, the Coconut Market Place and most of all watching the sunset on a lounge chair right on the beach.

Great stay with access to the area
My best friend and I spent a week here and absolutely loved it! It's right on the beach and we could see the water from our balcony. There's also a nice pool and hot tub on the hotel grounds. The AC worked very very well which was nice when it was hot and humid out. There were also boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels on the balcony which was a great surprise! The pull out bed was good given it's a pull out bed. They were very responsible and accommodated our late check out due to our flight time. We loved it! Would definitely stay here again

Kauai
The condo was cute, the property was gorgeous! The views from the balcony were perfect. Close to the pool and bar, Coconut market is just a short walk away and wonderful. I do wish they had a guest laundromat, that would make this stay perfect. Bed is a little stiff, hide-a-bed was nice. Overall, it was just as they described. Price was great. Mahalo🌴🍍🌺

Great location, great amenities!
You have a view of the ocean and pool area (to see when the prime time to hop in the hot tub is) and are walking distance from a grocery store, beach, shops and restaurants. They included beach chairs, boogie boards, hiking sticks, a cooler, and everything you need to use the grills by the pool. Truly a great stay!

Solid place, but not the best value
The place was clean and as advertised. It was basically a standard hotel room, but that was totally fine for our few days in Kauai. Really good location to explore the rest of the island, but there was also plenty of stuff nearby. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar on site. The lanai offered nice views . The mini fridge in the room doesn’t have a little freezer area which limits some of your grocery options. The biggest complaint is the overall price, and in particular, the cleaning fee. $400+ for a cleaning fee for a standard hotel room after two people stayed there for 3.5 days is quite excessive. Either they are in need of a new cleaning crew or this was a bit of a cash grab by the owners. Overall, it was a nice stay but I do feel like we overpaid a bit.

Amazing beach views and access!
Condo #234 was a really great place to stay in Kauai. The view was exceptional and it was so nice to have the beach and pool area so close to us. The grounds are really beautiful and the resort was very easy to find.The condo itself was very clean when we arrived and was just as advertised. It was very quiet which was great as the chickens can be very loud everywhere else! I would definitely stay here again and I am sad to leave the amazing views! My only complaint is that I wish there was another lamp or lighting source in the room since the ones that were there were kind of dim. But honestly that is such a minor thing as we spent most of our time on the lanai watching the waves and people watching at the pool so it didn’t really matter much.

Perfect Kauai Launching Point
We had a great stay here. The property is exactly as described. It is right on the beach, with a great pool and other amenities. Short walk (less than 5 min) to shopping and food. Communication with the owner was also fantastic. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Kauai.

Perfect location
Great location. Bus line close by. Wailua River kayaking and hiking trails in walking distance. Mountain Tubbing one bus stop away is a must do! Kauai was wonderful!!

Nice condo with partial ocean view and private beach
Overall it’s an OK place to stay in Kauai, with partial ocean view, private beach and pretty good amenities. The so-so part was on cleanliness: bedding are OK clean but not perfect; the listing has some smell resembling dated hotels, which I guess might have come from the carpets…also walls are paper thin, so if you want some quality sleep but your neighbors are watching TV till late night, good luck with that (earplug didn’t completely help). With this price I would say you can’t find better though. So overall, it’s good for smaller group.

I've been to this resort before but haven't stayed in this unit. It is a beautiful location and well cared for unit. The only complaint (very minor) was that the sofa bed was very squeaky. My friend and I ended up sharing the bed. Problem solved! Would love to come back.

This is the second time staying at this resort and condo. Everything was great from the communication with the host, check in, location and amenities. My only complaint is the walls are thin. I was lucky the first few nights without any neighbors but once the neighbors checked in I could hear their entire conversations and his snoring!

Very happy with the property/location. However, emailed property manager/owner several times before our stay, even called and wasn’t able to get in touch with him. That was my only complaint. Overall condo was great, location was great, property was great.

Wow Wow and Wow!
What a great time we had at the Aston Islander on the Beach! Great central location with a Coconut Plantation shopping center about 100 yards away featuring many great restaurants, an ABC deli/grocery/souvenir store and many other stores. We'll definitely book a room here again when we return to Kauai - Mahalo!

This condo was the perfect pick for want I wanted. It’s not a family resort. The resort has older folks and couples which means it’s quieter and more mellow. Beach, market and restaurants are within walking distance and lots of hikes close by.

Perfect location
Thus turned out to be exactly as listed. Beautiful view and a very nice property. Places to eat were plentiful and excellent quality. You are located mid island for both north and southern attractions. The condo was well appointed. Nicest place we stayed in our 2 weeks and 3 island adventure. I would highly recommend it.

Nice but not clean
The place was as described but had an awful odor the bed smelled like mold and the scent got on everything. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced it had huge dips in it. There was also an incident where I was out and got a call that someone would be going in my room which truly made me beyond uncomfortable MULTIPLE times, I understand things happen but this was insane and the company didn’t seem to care that I was uncomfortable with the idea of men going in n out of my room . The area was very convenient however shops just across the parking lot and the property was nice and maintained I just didn’t have a great experience with the room..There were also I ton of dead gnats I found them in the bed and stuck to the door it was very odd.

Islander on the beach nice but bad neighbor
The condo is nice. It is right on the beach, nice pool, hot tub, close to the river and waterfalls. There was a nice guy that was cleaning our place when we arrived named, Morino. He was helpful as our plane came in very early and he expedited our check in and called us when it was ready. The condo had everything we needed. Nice place. The only problem we had was our next door neighbor. There was and adjoining door locked between our two places. At 8:30pm we were playing music from my husband's cell phone. It was not loud at all. The neighbor knocked on our door which was very disruptive to us given it was our anniversary AND we wanted PRIVACY. We took the boogie boards from the closet and put them and rigged a blanket in front of the adjoining door to cushion the sound. The next day we were on the balcony before 9pm talking and laughing. We noticed the neighbor staring up at us from the ground....soon we heard someone knocking AGAIN. She asked us to please try to keep quiet as she had two babies and wanted to sit on the balcony with them to get them to sleek. I could not believe her. It's my vacation too. It just made our stay less than ideal, but it wasn't the places fault. Hopefully, you get a good neighbor that does not have a stick permanently stuck up her butt.

We wish you would have let us know and we could spoken to the resort and had them speak with them. We are sorry that you did not have good neighbors.
