Unfortunately our suite was in the basement (two flights below ground level) from the main floor. The suite above us had people walking around in the very early mornings therefore disrupting our sleep. The main bed was amazing however the sofas could use a new mattress as our daughter felt the springs underneath her. Our concierge gentleman was incredibly warm and friendly.

This property is perfectly situated, walking distance to the Earls Court tube. The staff is very friendly and the units are very clean and well maintained. It is a quiet area and there are lots of restaurants, museums and parks close by.

My room /studio was a good size. Mattress too soft. The problem was the interior small courtyard. There was a family screaming loads and I found it hard to sleep. Also the cleaners fathered very close to my rooms so they woke me up every morning.

This is a very good hotel, with very competent and friendly staff. The furniture needs to be updated, especially in the reception area but overall the experience was very good. Housekeeping always cleaned my room on time, a far cry from chains like Hilton that only cleans rooms on alternate days or on request at many of their properties. I had a basement room but the window opened into a courtyard so received plenty of light.
