We stayed at this adorable little air b&b style duplex during Valentine’s Day! We did have some trouble finding it at first because there is the blue Marlin hotel to the right of the small gate but it was perfectly located immediately to the right of Anna’s Cuban cafe which hands down is my favorite coffee & Cuban sandwich spot in key west and in front of a super fun “off the strip” bar/restaurant with live music nightly! Always packed! The parking was kinda weird but that’s the keys for ya. We luckily got parking right in front of the gate but out friends parked about a quarter mile down on the same road and the parking meters time out at 7am so we had to wake up early just to renew our meter. ( ANNOYING but got us motivated to get up early ) When you walk into the gate you’re greated with a cute botanical pathways and 2 great and well functioning jacuzzis. The only thing that depending on what kind of trip your on that I wasn’t comfortable with ( for vday of course ) was that the room with literally door to door with our neighbors ( other guests ) and basically…. I don’t recommend going on a lovers Vday vacation there without ear plugs 🙃 we definitely had some “loud” co-stayers who REALLY liked late night dips in the jacuzzi. Which is fine! BUT our front door didn’t have a complete seal and wasn’t even with the frame so you literally heard EVERYTHING that they said or did. I wouldn’t mind it as much if it weren’t for the fact we supposed to be a romantic getaway… 😬

The property was clean. No amenities. No parking. Had to call maintenance 2 times with followups. The pullout couch matress was like sleeping on springs. Entry door had to be fixed twice. A/C ran constantly... Never shut off. And all that during a 1 nite stay.

It was not clean , had an distinct odor . Floor was not moped clean .. We did not stay there at all. We payed to go around the corner to Southern Inn & Resort . This room was not at all the same as what it was pictured in the booking page . False advertisement . I am having my Lawyer look into it .nasty place . You should be ashamed to have association from this "Vacasa " .We will never go thru Orbitz again..

I like that the suites were secluded but yet so Close to grocery store and somewhere to eat and the ocean. The furniture needed replacing badly dresser, dining table, hangin lamp all severely beat up Or damaged. Had everything promised though and beds were very comfortable.

The property is in the hearth of Old Town, very clean and the little kitchen is so convenient. The problem is the parking, very hard to find on those busy street.

The floor was in an unacceptable state. Freshly mopped, but the tiles were speckled with old crusted stains (some even looked like old chewing gum). Call customer management on the phone, but was told that transfer to another Appartement was only possible in case of “major” issues. We only booked for one night, so I didn’t follow up further. Maybe a consequence of remote management (no management on-site; access to rooms via keypads): any manager being confronted with the actual fact would not have taken this so lightly.

Sufficient for One Night
The apartment is run by Vacasa Group. They were nice enough to contact us to make sure we had everything to enter the apartment. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't ready by check-in time. The apartment has a kitchenette with some plates, bowls, and glasses, but no silverware. There are multiple hottubs in the complex, but we didn't get to enjoy any. The location is quiet and near the Southernmost Point attraction, but about a mile from most of Key West happenings. It served our one overnight purpose.

Property has a very nice location and was a good price! The real negative is the bar across the street that kept us up throughout the night -if I were staying here I would bring ear plugs! Otherwise fit our needs as we were out enjoying the town and acted as good home base.

Quaint place near Duval street.
Ijae difficult y getting into the place with the code. Even though I entered it correctly. There were two people on the porch speaking a foreign language. One did help open the lock. When I used the toilet, right after walking in, it almost overflowed. I had to use the plunger, fortunately using a plunger is a part of my experience. We did not immediately see how to lock the door. The place was cute. Bed was comfortable. Loved the weather and the porch. We of course had some feathered visitors. We enjoyed the people watching from the porch.

Ligging was goed, we hadden geen tafel op het zitje buiten, hek was aan het rotten. Hier wordt alles digitaal verwerkt dus je hebt geen lobby. Kosten voor schoonmaak worden nadien berekend (2 nachten €81,-) wat nergens staat aangegeven en tussendoor wordt niet schoongemaakt. Hadden heel veel mieren lopen op de muren en in bed.

Fin leilighet og rolig område. Litt mye bråk fra airconditionen. Vi bodde kun 1 natt så det er ikke så mye å tilføye annet enn at leiligheten var veldig fin og velutstyrt.
