Maui Vista was amazing! Our condo was super clean and quiet and we could see the ocean from our balcony. Security is super nice and check in process was so easy. Thank you!

We liked being so close to the beach. A nice lanai. The kitchen had most things you need to prepare meals (the tea kettle was missing). We asked for a kettle and never got one. The bathroom needs a ventilation fan, way too hot. The air conditioner was a window unit in living room, only a couple of fans in bedroom, no a/c.

Property was very nice just a little on the outdated side. It reminded me of my great grandmas house which is not a bad thing everything worked properly and was clean that’s just my take on it thank you

The property was a bit outdated. The listing stated the unit had A/C, but upon arrival, instructions stated A/C could not be made any colder than 72, which is quite warm. The shower was not working and it took multiple calls/days to get it fixed.

I loved everything from the property. It was closed to shops and stores and the beach was across from the property so it was nice to walk instead of driving. The amenities were perfect with the pool and tennis court. Also having a kitchen was perfect to have homemade breakfast and snack and the washer and dryer was helpful as well. Thank you for having us and will come back again and rent the place again, recommend this property

Overall stay was great…but the unit was disappointing. From the booking online, it seemed to be in better condition. Unit definitely needs a renovation. However, the property itself was clean, staff was great and easy to communicate with, and the location was very convenient. It was also very convenient that beach accessories were provided (chairs, umbrellas, etc…) however a few things were broken but that’s ok. Overall, our stay was good, just wish the unit was in slightly better condition:)

We were having a good time, before the last day. On the last day, We went out for breakfast in the morning, and when we got back, the door was locked and the passcode was not work, and it was only 8 am. Their management was so complicated that I had to call several numbers to figure out which company or department could handle this, but none of them worked, even the after hour number. Luckily we’ve moved our large luggage out and only left some small things inside, or we would miss the flight, it's a really bad experience with Maui Condo( the room was in Maui Vista but it is arranged by Maui Condo and Home). When the time they reached out, we were already inside the airport.

The advertisement stated water view and was not. Pictures were not the same as what was rented. The place was dirty, dusty. Was to be non smoking but had cigarette burns on carpet. Carpet was dirty.

I thought it was perfectly placed with plenty of shopping, dining, and beaches nearby. Walkable to just about everything. The place was quiet and clean.

The property is at very good location. There was a lift in the building to go to the upper floors. We were provided sand toys, surf boards, beach umbrellas etc. in total everything was there. There was a window AC in living room and pedestal fan in bedroom. The only thing is that you won’t be able to check in before 4 PM as lock code gets activated sharp at 4 PM only. Overall it was a good stay and I will stay here again.

This is a 5 Star condo and is 100 feet from one of the best beaches in Maui! Made my engagement trip so magical! Several pools on site and room has a washing machine and drier to make things so much easier!

Room we were issued is unlike the room pictured on website. Much smaller. Linen had not been replaced from previous user. Pillows smell like old sweat. Couches smell like old sweat. There was still hair from previous users. Would not stay here again. Too busy. We've stayed elsewhere in Kihei , much nicer and updated.

There was a dead cockroach on the floor in the bedroom our first night. At first we were grossed out, however, then we realized that it’s the tropics, cockroaches are common, and this was just a sign that the place had been fumigated. The only downsides were that the bedroom window was fairly useless as far as keeping out noise. Our suites was facing one of the main pedestrian Corredor‘s for our building. So we were frequently woke up with conversations from passersby. Also, the walls were fairly paper thin and our sweet had virtually no Hot water for showering. However, All of these issues were livable. Just something to keep in mind in the future. The major downside was that our rental car was dented and scratched apparently from someone else’s car door. This was a spend a fix for me from the rental agency. The rental property management was exceptional and had excellent communication. We will definitely return.

Condo was pleasant and suitable for our stay. It should be noted that this is not a hotel and that all the condos at this facility are privately owned, and that the managers/owners are not onsite. The owners association onsite (front desk) cannot and will not/cannot assist with anything related to the actual condo (check-in, lock outs, repairs). Knowing that going in, the initial check and first few days would have been more relaxing.

Loved our stay at Maui Vista, the condo was clean and well stocked including extra linens, beach towels and snorkeling/beach items. Tons of restaurants, shopping and food trucks in walkable or close driving distance as well as several beach areas. The property was quiet, clean and the staff were polite and so helpful. We got to enjoy the onsite pool as well and they take good care of area for residents and guests. Check in and out was a breeze and office checked in with us several times over the stay to see how we were doing and if they could be of any additional service with out being pushy or selling anything. We're already planning out next trip to Maui and will be staying here for sure!!

O es un hotel … Es un tipo de renta de casa … La verdad súper complicado comunicarse con el propietario, no responde nunca y además tienes que enviarle tus pruebas negativas de COVID o no te da la clase acceso a la casa; cosa que no comunican con anticipación … Del establecimiento no tengo ninguna queja el condominio es agradable tiene todo para pasar una estancia y la ubicación es excelente estás a una cuadra de una playa súper limpia y agradable en general Maui es un lugar excelente para vacacionar pero hacer checking en este tipo de establecimiento es bastante complicado y decepcionante.
