Fabulous family holiday
My husband and I enjoyed this condo and resort. It had everything we needed, kitchen amenities, beach towels, ceiling fan in each room with AC, great outdoor deck to lounge & eat on, beach toys for our 2 grandchildren, beach chairs & umbrella… We also found the condo to be very clean. The resort staff are very friendly and the area is nice & quiet. Location is perfect as we had a choice of beaches to choose from. The grounds on this resort is beautifully maintained. The owner of this condo was very quick in responding to any inquiries made. The only recommendation to be made is to modernize the outdoor furniture and indoor carpets.

Wonderful Family Vacation
We all enjoyed our week in Maui. The unit was just as described and the management was quick to reply to any concerns. The property is gorgeous and close to everything. Perfect trip for our family of six! High recommend.

Very well stocked condo. Only thing missing were boogie boards. The lanais are amazing. We watched whales every morning while drinking coffee. The grounds are immaculate and everyone is super friendly. Pretty quite complex. There were days where we had the pool/hot tub to ourselves. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Vacation Stay
Our stay was good. Since we are all seniors, taking our luggage up on the stairs was little difficult for us. The dishwasher was not working but was replaced with a new one with in a day or two. Ice maker does not work and I am sure the owner will or should take care of it. Other than that we were fine and enjoyed our stay.

Great for a family
This unit worked really well for 6 adults and a toddler. The bucket of toys were a fabulous addition. When we needed some help the managing company was prompt and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great for Family Vacation
This was a great stay for our group of six, one couple and one family of 4. The set up was super for everyone to have privacy or mingle as desired. The condo is showing a bit of wear and tear but is in good shape overall and location is excellent. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of towels for bath and beach as well as beach chairs and toys. The lanai was wonderful in the mornings - it is a quiet property, so it was relaxing to sit out there with a cup of coffee and listen to birds and enjoy the view. Easy check-in and amenities are great - the pool and hot tub are nice, and although we didn't use it there is a tennis court and other garden games available. There are grills located around the property, which allowed us to have a couple of steak dinners at "home". There is a nice beach less than 10 minutes walking distance and several more beaches, parks and places to eat within a short driving distance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Maui Vacation
Overall a very pleasant experience. The condo is definitely spacious in terms of main living area and bedrooms, and worked well for the 5 adults (2 couples plus 1). The kitchen is a bit small but we didn't do a lot of cooking and it worked for the little bit that we did. The fans and air conditioning kept the condo comfortable especially considering we are from the Pacific NW! Be aware that the front door lock is on a timer and you won't be able to get in early even if housekeeping appears to be done. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was fine. Location was good. Property was showing its age and needed some repairs while we were staying (management was responsive). Wasn’t as clean as I’d like on entry - towels were still wet for example. Overall it was ok but felt expensive for what we got.

Overall great experience
My family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay a lot. The location was great and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was on the smaller side but we didn’t do a lot of cooking. The shower pressure was great, the pool was very nice, and the view from the main balcony was lovely. My only complaint is the mattress in the upstairs bedroom was kind of lumpy.

The unit was great for 3 couples. Short walk to the beach! Or coffee/shopping. Unit was nice and big! Love sitting on deck for coffee. Little hard figuring out the TV programming. Very nice location. When you walk out, go to left. Better beach that way.

Perfect Place
This place was bigger than I expected and very nice. The bedrooms were huge. Had everything we needed for 5 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrella made it very nice! Upstairs bedroom was a little warm, but not a problem. Well stocked with beach towels. Lots of bath towels. We didn't need to wash any. Nice beaches within walking distance. Right in between several beaches that everyone enjoyed. 30 minutes either way you went to Lahiana or Kahalui. We very much enjoyed our stay and will most likely return again. ***watch out for the grumpy residents, they weren't very nice in the pool area***

Clean and Spacious
The property is located in south Kihei and is very close to the Kamaole Sands beaches. It is very easy to access the Kihei area and the southern areas of Wailea and Makena. The unit is clean and spacious to easily and comfortably fit 3 couples in separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The gathering area is very comfortable for the group to sit and gather. The condo has nice amenities with a pool, hot tub, and tennis court. I would definitely recommend this unit!

We enjoyed staying here at the Maui Hill 70 condo. There were 7 adults and 1 child in our family and it fit all of us perfectly. We loved the quietness and really enjoyed the lanai in the mornings and evenings. It was the perfect location and close to all the beaches, stores and restaurants.

Amazing Location & Great Space
We were celebrating a week-long bachelorette/girls trip & Maui Hill was amazing. The condo was located near the entrance of the community, so very convenient. It was also about 1 min walk to the pool/hot tub, so close enough to walk without shoes but far enough not to hear the noise. The rooms were a great size & highly accommodating. There was AC in each room & all except one worked perfectly. Management was quick to do what they could & it was manageable with the ceiling fan also. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of plates, utensils, & basic cooking needs such as oil & salt & pepper. There were 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, & many pool/beach towels that came in super clutch. Space was very roomy & never felt crowded with 7 women. Each room had access to a balcony, & the main balcony was very nice in the evenings, especially to access either through the downstairs king bedroom or the living room. The blinds are a little old, so it was hard to open or close them, especially when they were banging around with the wind. There was soap, shampoo, & conditioner provided but they were in tiny hotel sized containers, so we ended up having to buy full sized & just shared amongst the group. All in all, would definitely stay here again based off its close proximity to the airport, beaches, & all the amenities provided in Kihei. I usually stay in Ka’anapali & I feel like it’s so far out from everything. Here in Kihei it’s pretty centralized & Lahaina was about 40-45 min away. Loved Maui Hill & couldn’t recommend more!

Spacious rental
The living room had high ceilings which made it look very spacious, perfect for the whole family to spend time together. The lanai was big too and I enjoyed listening to the various birds singing in the early mornings while I enjoyed my coffee while the family slept. The 2 en-suite bedrooms were huge with king size beds and the third bedroom was big enough for our teen daughters. They had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Just wish they had boogie boards too. The pool was very close and usually pretty empty. All in all it was an enjoyable week in paradise!

Very nice condo, decks out every room, beautiful trees surrounding unit, short drive to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect for 5 adults and 2 children! All basic necessities initially provided- toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, dish detergent. Lots of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, and beach towels. Air conditioning was nice to have as well as the option to open the patio doors and let fresh air blow through. Beautiful place to stay!

Great location, perfect for families
We had a wonderful stay at Maui Hill in Kihei. Everything that we wanted to do on the island was just a quick drive from the condo. The place was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the balcony for sunrises and sunsets, quick access to the beach and the pool. We had two families, each with two adults and two kids, and the space was perfect for sleeping all 8 of us. There are ample extra blankets and pillows. Having the washer/dryer was very convenient. No complaints here at all! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Condo in great location with beautiful grounds. Beach, shops and restaurants all close by. Property management was awesome. When we arrived the living room AC was not working. It was replaced with a brand new one within 24 hours. Enough room for our family of 7. Definitely would book again!

Beautiful interior, looks just like the pictures. Host was very quick to respond and very helpful. It was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Glad to have air conditioning in each room. Washing machine is very small, and dryer takes forever. Couldn’t find the ice chest, but everything else worked out great.

We had the very best time in the condo. It was very comfortable and we we’re thrilled with everything, from the pool and jacuzzi to complete beach supplies. The lanai was our chill time, surrounded by a water fountain below and beautiful grounds. We would definitely come again!!!

This unit was lovely but could use a few more updates, and the beds weren’t super comfortable. The pool was closed when we were there and we weren’t given any notice about that, so it was disappointing. That being said, the space was excellent and so was the location. Found some wonderful beaches super close to the resort. I would stay here again! The owners were great to work with!

Are you looking for a quiet and relaxing experience in Kihei? Look no further! You're close to restaurants, shopping opportunities, the best beaches on the island and several dive shops. We stayed a week and would have loved to extend, but work was calling - unfortunately! The Owner/Manager was very helpful in booking the condo and maintenance manager was very responsive and helpful with a minor need. We can't wait for our next vacation and opportunity to book this condo.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The property is centrally located to Kihei town and Wailea and is a couple minutes from the beach. Basically we were everywhere we wanted to be within a 5-6 minute drive. We found the condo to be clean with nice furniture and appliances and all the amenities needed for a few meals in or downtime between beach time. Overall I would absolutely stay again and have already recommended it to friends. The property manager is super responsive and easy to work with.

This was a beautiful property, very well-maintained, and the manager responded quickly.
This unit was exactly as advertised, and was very quiet. The grounds were lovely and it had a nice pool.It was very close to many shops and some wonderful restaurants. If I needed a three bedroom unit again, I would definitely try to get this one again.

We immensely enjoyed our stay in Kihei! The condo was in excellent condition, clean, and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. The location was good and close to beaches. The grills and pool were very accessible. Each room had its own AC and controls plus ceiling fans which were important in the summer heat. If you rent, bring extra soap and shampoo. The lighting in the dining area was poor. The manager was very responsive and helpful. I have no reservations recommending this condo.
