“Very nice place to stay, service was excellent!!!”

“Very relaxing.”

Our arrival started on anegative note. We were informed by the hotel staff that our rooms had been cancelled due to fact our reservation was made by Expedia for 26 October. We accessed a copy of our reservation and gave it to the staff. We were then given 2 very noisy and uncomfortable room. Called the front desk and was able to pay for junior suites. These were excellent rooms, we would recommend these to future visitors who can afford same.

Area recommendations

1. Devon House-great ice cream, fruit and pastries and a great garden to walk. 2. Liguenea Shopping Plaza -reasonable safe and good shopping area-. Also has a food court with a variety of selections plus a movie threatre. 3. Knutsford Court Hotel restaurant serves excellent meals. Staff is very friendly and responds quickly to request.

“Can't wait to go back”

Was very please with my stay at the Knutsford. Location was very convenient to shops & stores. What sway me to pick this hotel was the Continental Breakfast they provide. The condition of my room was clean plus the grounds @ the hotel. Would go back. Thanks Knutsford & Expedia you guys Rock.

Bob Marley stuff... but I travaled all around Jamaica in 1 week... and I left all my things in the hotel and traveled around...

“Disappointed”

Check in staff was not very friendly The first room we got was smelly and dirty, we expressed our dissatisfaction and was moved to another room. The next day the door key would not work to the extent that 2 hours later the entire lock had to be changed. That same night the air condition was not working. I called up for service. My 91 year old mom was already in bed. We had to be moved to another room.

“Just okay”

This hotel is definitely better than some others in Kingston. However, it is overpriced as were some of the others. Don't expect much from the "free" breakfast! It is awful. Bacon & sausage were not cooked. Eggs were terrible. Milk tasted like powdered milk.

“Ok”

Overall, it was ok. The hallways kind of smelled and the carpeting in the hallway was old and dirty even though they vacuumed everyday. My hotel bed wasn't all that comfortable. But the bathrooms were in good condition and clean. My room was comfortable otherwise. Lobby was nice - good internet access. It's definitely a business hotel - lots of folks in the lobby area for meetings. Continental breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. I traveled there alone for business and felt safe at the hotel.
