Great experience
The property was amazing I would have given it five stars but the jacuzzi jets were not working at the time of our booking contact with the property management could’ve been better before we had arrived as well but during our stay they communicated well

Hi there, We could have used a few more towels and we were pretty disappointed to learn the hot tub was not "hot" unless we paid additional $45 per day. The TV was kind of tricky to figure out too.

Subtract one star for persistent pests, less than optimal resolution
Safe/friendly residential community, great central location away from the crowds but easy to get there. Be aware of timing trips as there are schools along the way so traffic can get congested and add much to the commute at times. Nice neighborhood for walks and we enjoyed the lending library and pool table in the clubhouse often throughout our stay. The home is spacious, great layout, comfortable beds, plenty of TVs, ample kitchen supplies, quality appliances. The pool and lanai are nice, pool is well-maintained; we didn’t pay the extra for pool heat but we were lucky the warm temps made it bearable enough for a couple dips. Didn’t see any pool toys or floats provided. Dollar General nearby and lots of Publix, WalMart, Walgreens and CVS stores in the area. We found it easiest to go south to Poinciana for grocery shopping, mid-morning was good traffic wise. Sadly, most of our 2 month stay was plagued with the presence of palmetto bugs (aka small cockroaches), primarily in the kitchen around the refrigerator but all around the main living area. First pest control treatment a week after our arrived helped but it took three more visits and we still encountered live ones up to the last day. It was more distressing than it should have been to address the issue and we were quite disappointed that there wasn’t a more proactive approach from the owner/property manager once we initially reported it versus waiting for us to send the follow up requests. Were it not for this, we would have all good things to say about our experience.

Great stay
Property was as described, with central location to explore alot of Florida. USB plugs throughout the villa, so no fighting over the travel plug! Smart TV which provided entertainment. Plenty of bathrooms, great pool and hot tub! Easy communcations with the host, we had a fantastic time stopping here!

Very nice and close to Disney!!
It was a great place to stay not far from Disney parks! Quiet neighborhood and liked the gated community. Loved the pool and hot tub after long day, it was a great way to end the day! There was some ants around window, down hallway from laundry room, may want to address that but it was a clean and comfortable place to stay!

Perfect home away from home
Property is as described and shown in the listing. Located just outside of the hustle and bustle of Disney but still easy access to everything in less than a half hour. The home is in a very nice gated community and perfect for a family looking to getaway without the chaos of a touristy area. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing place
Really nice property and very well finished which is hard to get around kissimee, everything in the house is new, really spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms, Gary is very nice to deal with too, there was a few bugs in the pool and I sent him an email and 20 mins later the pool cleaner arrived... Will definitely stay here again...

Beautiful place close to Orlando and all the attractions
This was a sweet deal and gorgeous place to stay over March Break. Everything was very well equipped for our stay. Stores weren’t super close, but everything we needed was within a 20 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay
This house is beautifully decorated and was so clean on our arrival. We had a couple questions and needed something fixed and Gary replied and had things fixed almost immediately. We paid to have the pool heated and it was so worth it. We were able to swim every day. Overall my family and I had a great 10 days here.
