"Looks nothing like the photos. Pool was dirty and the girl "running" the reception was so uninterested in anything and barely smiled once. Was empty most of my stay and not comfortable for a single female traveller. Breakfast was not good, was just fruit and an egg. I wasn't able to fully open the door of my room because there was an extra bed in there that was supposed to be removed, but was not. Ashtrays around the pool looked like they had not been emptied for a month."

"Just as the pictures show, the setting and the house were beautiful. There was AC in the bedrooms, which was helpful at night. There was a minor issue with hot water at times, but mostly it worked, and the staff helped keep it running. In fact, the staff were quite helpful.
