"I chose this property for a basketball tournament for my son because it listed laundry, but the washer looked horrible and the dryer was broken. Sadly I had to use the sink and dry on the heater. Also we only had 1 facetowel, front desk was out as well. Was offered another dry towel nut declined. I would stay agaon."

"Staff was amazing! Hotel was nice & clean. There was a comfortable smoking area which was nice as most hotels are smoke free properties. We stayed during the total eclipse & they had fun stuff for the kids along with decorations. The airport is right across the street which is nice for convenience. We could see airplanes taking off from our room window but couldn't hear them! "

"Staff was nice, the hotel was clean but the breakfast bagels seemed stale and french toast was very hard. The waffles were very chewy but there were other options like cereal and beverages that were good."

"The beds were comfy & the room & bathroom were clean. I’m not thrilled that as a paying customer, you also have to pay to park your car overnight. $10 & I had prepaid. I just find it to be a ridiculous junk fee. It’s literally the hotels parking lot. Not a parking garage in a big city. I wish there was a microwave if not in our room then at least down by the ice machine. The only microwave I was made aware of is in the main lobby. Aside from that, the property is well kept & the Niagara River flows right outside the huge spacious pool area. The pool area features a ping pong table, Cornhole boards, a river facing seating area. "The most important thing for me in a Hotel is the comfort of the bed. This mattress was like brand new. Best night sleep I've had in a long time. My minor complaint was no hair dryer in the room, and when I tried to call the front desk the phone was broken. Since we were only staying one night this wasn't an issue. We told the Front Desk and he apologized. No harm done. We'll definitely be back. It's conveniently located from the Stadium. Great little Cafe down the road. Easy to get to from the Highway. It's a keeper!"
