Hotel and room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. We were to park a 26ft U-Haul with no issues getting in or out.

So so stay
First room didn't have hot water so we had to move. Overall the rooms were not clean with stains on carpet and curtains, mold around shower lever and handle in tub, shower glass door was stuck and had to pull it hard to open and carpet wasn't vacumned well. Just needs a thorough cleaning and some updating.

I really appreciated the easy check-in! The suite was absolutely amazing!! The breakfast was really tasty and filling. I did not like that Expedia would not refund one night’s stay. We had to leave because the interstate we were traveling on was being closed because of wintery weather. Expedia also prevented me from getting my Hilton Honors points. I would have loved to stay until Monday, but I wouldn’t be able to make it home.

It’s an ok hotel but nothing special or unique about it. A little bit old and might need a slight “refresh”. Area is so-so as well. If you travel with kids you may want to chose a different one.

It’s an older property but everything was very clean and the staff were nothing but wonderful. Made for an excellent holiday week stay with small kids.

Best hotel in town
I always go and stay here when in Lafayette. The cleanliness and how safe we feel when here we cannot replace. I had friends stay at the holiday inn across the street considering a change and I'm glad I asked. They said the roaches were in the dining room and parking lot. At this Hilton there is absolute cleanliness and you won't regret staying here!

There was a cockroach in our room. The walls were dirty. The bed skirt was ripped. The floor was sticky. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating in changing rooms when I complained about the cockroach.

The stay was pretty good. My only complaint is that my grandson was playing with a new cell phone case I had purchased inside the the tv cubby hole. At the time I thought it was something that belonged to the hotel because I saw the Bible in there. I called the hotel to check and was told that they couldn’t check and that the room had already been cleaned and if anything was found it would’ve been brought to the front desk. We had checked out a couple of hours earlier. I couldn’t believe the room had already been cleaned because several people were waiting on rooms when we checked in. Anyway, I thought it would have been nice for the front desk clerk to check the tv cubby hole since we had traveled from Alabama and stayed in your hotel many times. Thanks, J. H.

Liked the suite size and layout. It is starting to show its age (sink was cracked and no bottom flapper on the shower door card water to go all over when taking a shower.

Modern Louisiana-themed decor- very nice. Full kitchen with all the accessories available. Large bedroom with full privacy from the the spacious living room area quite impressive. Fantastic full spread breakfast inside the beautifully modern dining room area. Definitely enjoyed it all!!

All of the staff went beyond to make my stay pleasant! Thank you all! I did let the staff know that the bathroom sink had a crack and that it was there before I got to the room. They offered to have maintenance come to check. I told them it wasn’t leaking and appeared someone Must have tried to seal the underside. I have never seen a crack that large in a hotel sink before. Very sad that someone can be so abusive! Also, the small kitchen sink had stains that someone must have poured a very strong substance in it to stain it permanently. I tried to clean it but it was not coming off. I’m not upset about the sinks but very disappointed in our general public that abuses such a nice hotel! I live 5-10 minutes away and with my house on the market I prefer to use your hotel to bring my declawed kitty with me for safe keeping. Oh! Compliments to your breakfast staff!! This was a nice property. The rooms are a nice size but a little outdated. The living room couch and chair were quite dirty and smelled pretty bad but the beds were great. The staff was great and super friendly.
