Just off the highway quite safe good parking friendly staff family owned and operated clean just a great place to stay I love it there I don’t have anything negative to say about this place.

This company has advertised on exoedia site under classification: Amenities...AS IN AVAILABLE TO ALL..., hot tubs. Then, as often happens, the purchaser goes down to rooms to choose and starts at the top....if the person finds a room, NOT KNOWING YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT THE VERY LAST ONE ON THE LIST TO FIND THE JACUZZI ROOM...DO YOU FEEL THEQUOTATIONMARKS?...one that meets his=her needs in the first or second one, and believes as MOST do, that amenities DO NOT REQUIRE an extra purchase, then they book and never realize that the hot tub is not available to him unless heupgrades at that point to $175. Then, steps into hotel toom he did get put in to find 20 or so cigarette burns in the bedspread? No. Soneone needs to put both the owner, the subsidizer, WYNDHAM, AND Expedia in a multi billion dollar lawsuit hole

The hotel was ok. The lady working the front desk had to call her son down so he could speak to me. Im assuming her English wasnt great. The room was comfortable. It was clean. The bathtub looked to be in poor condition. The hair dryer did not work in room 103, and when i asked if they had an extra, she told me no. I also asked if we could use the one next door since it was in the 30°f outside and my head was soaked, and she told me no. The son was friendly and nice, the lady... not so much!

Front desk employee was very rude. Got in the room & noticed that we were missing some towels, etc from bathroom plus their was 3 of us. So, went to front desk to ask for what we were missing & an extra towel & wash cloth. Also requested 2 extra pillows. The pillows were flat. I was told NO in everything. Was told as we took a shower bring the dirty set & they would replace with a clean set. The we website says complimentary breakfast, Nope. Last but not least, last trip to get items from our vehicle, witnessed a drug deal right outside the door. Trust me, go somewhere else!!!

Pay a discount price, get a discount experience. Luggage cart had 2 half-flat tires. Room was decently clean but no smoke detector. 😲 Desk clerk’s accent was so thick it was hard to understand him. Massive rolls of carpet were in the lobby, so it appears that they are about to undergo a much needed renovation. No breakfast provided. In the room, everything showed a LOT of wear. Rusty lamps, moldy seal on the mini fridge, rust on the top of the mini fridge, etc. No USB plugs at the nightstands, and one bedside lamp was missing its lightbulb. No tissue in the bathroom tissue holder.

Very loud bed, it sounded like thunder when you moved from the metal base. And there was a roar sound coming from the plumbing when you flushed the toilet, no breakfast or coffee as the website stated.

This property is old. It's not the best, but it's not the worst. First the bad: debris all over the floor/no excuse for this, dingy towels, and sign at the desk said breakfast 7 to 9 and there was NO breakfast. The good: everyting works properly, good AC, and friendly staff. I'll stay here again if I have to.

The property was ok inside pretty clean except for the ac filters in our room was so full of dust it wouldn’t work rightfully….also out linens for the bed had cigarette burns and was torn and holes in many different places and not small holes neither. The ac leaked water and constantly had to wipe it up. The BIGGEST PROBLEM OF ALL is that on your website THERES NO MENTION THAT THE POOL IS CLOSED!! It’s not on Expedia neither. If I would have know I wouldn’t have stayed because THAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT of renting a hotel my sons birthday! I don’t know why they ask for a 50 dollar deposit when the stuff in the rooms are already damaged and not worth taking anyways !

We had no prior notification that the pool was empty nor that we wouldn't have free breakfast or any for that matter. the connecting door in our room had a rag in place of the door knob. Staff at checkout was very rude on our attempt to get a 15 minute late checkout and stated that we would be charged $50 if we went past checkout time. The landscaping around facility needed attention.

Rude and creepy desk service. My keycard stopped working. When I went to get a new one at the front desk all the lights behind the desk were off. The lady was in the dark behind the desk land never said a word to me just stood up and stretched slowly like I disturbed her nap and she stared me down with a mean disturbing look on her face. She ripped the room key out of my hand and then slammed it down on the desktop and motioned for me to move along never saying a word. I felt uncomfortable and actually felt a little intimidated by her presence. When I called the next morning to inquire about staying another night she rudely said,”eighty-five dollar!!” She cut off every one of my questions with the same Answer 3 more times. Then she asked me for my room number and when I gave it to her she yelled “ninety five dollar!!” Then hung up the phone on me. As we were walking out of our room for checkout she was standing in the hallway with her hand out demanding my room key. I’ve never been more disappointed, angry and appalled at service at any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Don’t even open their webpage. RUN!!!!

The hallway smelled bad as we walked to our room. The room was dirty, had cracks in the walls, and one of the light bulbs was out in the entryway. Nothing has been updated or replaced in years. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

When you 1st walk in the room it smelled like old wet carpet! EVERYTHING is outdated from the furniture to the bathroom. I only sat on the bed and it was uncomfortable. Everything else was so questionable that i didn't even pull the covers back to get under them. Instead, I laid on top with a full set of clothes on and used my duffle bag for a pillow. I stayed awake because i heard noises in the wall and was scared a rodent would join me soon. I stayed a total of 4 hoursand got in my car.

The first customer rents a smoking room and laundry dryer out oder from two or three days, when we order a new laundry dryer or call for repair it takes time.

I was charged $50 dollars after I had already checked out for a hair dryer that was not even in my room when I checked in. Very frustrating and will never stay at this hotel again.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The room smelled horrific. The shower head had extreme build up from hard water. The vent in the bathroom had build up and was fuzzy. The bedding had burn holes and was so thin it looked ripped. We went to the store and bought air freshener, candles, pillows, and blankets. The so called breakfast consisted of the waffle maker. No coffee. Orange juice and that is it. I wish i would have just left and not wasted my money or time for the worst hotel experience of my life.

Worst hotel ever
The hotel is old and nasty. The carpet was sticky and everything had stains. The sheets the covers even the curtains stains and holes in them. The bed was like sleeping on a stack of plywood. I paid for my room online going of the pictures and that will never happen again. I was charged for the room through hotels.com then charged again by super 8. I could keep typing but i will just say i do not recommend stopping here at all. Last but not least they had a laundry room the clerk told me the dryer was out but if i washed just bring my clothes to the front desk and he would dry them. After the 2.25$ wash i brought my clothes to the front desk just to hear him say it would be 5$ to dry. Say no more
