"When we initially arrived at the property, I entered the door code and opened the door to find someone else's belongings inside the home. We quickly called the rental company and a representative started looking into the problem for us. They placed us at a nearby rental while we waited, which was helpful, as it was approaching our daughters bedtime and we had been in the car all day. We found out that another group has mistakenly checked into our place, and was probably let in by housekeeping....

"The original unit rented had a water problem prior to our arrival. The property manager was very helpful in trying to accommodate us and switched us to another unit. The new unit was the same floor plan, clean and acceptable but not newly renovated like the unit we booked. We were given a discount for the difference. I would rent here again."

"Stayed a few nights with spouse and doggo and could not ask for a better place to stay in Silverton. Walking distance to anywhere!! Accommodates a lot of people if you use all the beds (although a single bathroom may present a problem if too many people stay). We just stayed in one bed and truly enjoyed Silverton and our stay! If we return, we plan to stay here again!"

"Very expensive for what you get. Probably because Telluride is an expensive town. Parking is on the street. No AC and Heat was imprecise to control. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. Location can't be beat. 1 block from Gondola. 2 blocks from main street restaurants. "
