    Great kitchen and outdoor area. We enjoyed access to the lake with the kayaks. Conveniently located to Glens Falls, Saratoga Springs, and Lake George for day trips.

    The property was in a great location, perfect view. Showers leaked , path to canoe and kayak was totally unsafe, Natures way knocked on door 8 a.m. did not know about spraying in house or around. plumber had to fix leak on our time when property manager knew about the leak. Property manager went by cottage several times, text me that garbage can had to be put out for pick up when I took garbage to my home and disposed of. I will never stay at that location or locations managed by property manager.I have already started looking for new location on lake Luzerne. I will never recommend VRBO to any family friends or work associates.

    Perfect place to unwind
    Great location with awesome lake view to wake up to. House is clean and as described. My wife and I with our two kids had a wonderful stay here. Location is close to the town and the beach, also a short drive to Lake George. Owner was very communicative and very helpful. Would love to come back again!

    Delivered as Promised....
    We had heard about Lake Luzerne from an acquaintance, and we decided to go lake house rather than down the shore for our summer vacation. It is a decision we do not regret I credit a lot of our perfect vacaction to his lake house, which was our home base. Daily excursions on the lake using the kayaks provided, taking part of the music/food truck summer series on Wednesday night (a walk away), biking/walking into town to get what we needed from the local market*, hiking up Potash Mtn, doing a day trip into Lake George are just a few of the activities we easily arranged during our stay. There are a couple/few places to eat close by, but we used the well-equipped kitchen to make a majority of our meals at the lake house. The back overlook onto the lake is worth the reservation. We had our coffee in the mornings by the lake, and enjoyed a nightly firepit in the evenings. The house, itself, is comfortable and spacious. The four of us had room to ourselves, as well as space that is conduscive for games of Risk, family movies, and dining together. As I told the owner, this was one of -- if not THE -- best vacation my family and I have had, and I really do believe a lot of that is contributed to by the house and its location. *For those looking for tofu and vegertarian (e.g., Impossible Burger) options, I recommend (a short drive to) Hannaford on Quaker Rd in Queensbury. Lake Luzerne's local market, however, is very well stocked with a fabulousy friendly/helpful staff!!

    Summer family vacation
    Very nice cottage on Lake Luzerne! It was large and the kitchen was beautiful. The path down to the water was tough to navigate but the kids loved going down to the dock. Close to the beach and very quiet even at night!

    Happy, Peaceful week
    It was a wonderful week unplugging and reconnecting with our family. My son fished every day, the walk to the beach was short and sweet (and the beach was clean and nice), the water was warm and therapeutic. The great room and the enclosed porch were our favorite spots to hang out, read and make friendship bracelets with my daughter. :) Thank you for a great week!

    I think it would be great to let people know the cabin is down a pretty serious hill to access the lake. My old knees just was not able to enjoy the private access to the lake like I wish I could have. Diane (the manager) was great to work with and I if you are in need of relaxation I recommend Mountain west mobile message to help you unwind while staring at the beauty of nature

    Perfect for the weekend
    Just what I was looking for, for a weekend away with my family. Inside had all updated appliances and beds were all comfortable. The view of the lake was perfect for us since we weren't there to spend any time on the water. If you are looking for a place thats perfect for doing water sports, i would look elsewhere. But for a morning coffee and a view this place is great!!
