Rooms was very clean the staff was nice and breakfast was great…..we did have some music playing later then we would like but there was a lot of events going on at the time so understandable…..we will definitely stay again if needed to

Clean and comfortable with a great location
The staff was extremely friendly, kind and courteous. The room was comfortable as was the bed. The location is great with several good restaurants within walking distance. And there’s nice grass area for the dog. The only thing negative was the appearance of the shower: the floor had been cracked and repaired but it’s just unsightly. And there was some mold in the corners. The elevator doors are marked, scuffed and unsightly. But those, in my opinion, are minor. With that said, the room and rest of the hotel was clean.

Lovely hotel
Nice location. Inside the mall parking lot. Walk to the stores or across the way to a craft beer bar. Service was great. My only wish is they would have jet tubs and a few more options for breakfast. Nothing for vegans. They did have bread, but it’s not always made without milk or eggs, and it’s also just carbs. Otherwise it’s a really nice place to stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly. They offer digital check in. They tub was clean! It wasn’t filled with slime or soap scum. They even had makeup remover towelettes. Comfy bed and couch. Great trip and place to stay!

Our room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. We did have 2 fire alarms while we were there. Staff was very apologetic and during the 2nd alarm handed out water and snacks.

The staff was very good. Check in was easy and the breakfast was good too!! I did not notice until I was goin to bed, that there was a blood stain (small) on the bottom sheet! Someone should have definitely seen it. The front desk apologized in the morning and gave us a couple free waters.

We came with extended family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Because we have a dog, it’s not always easy to find a very clean and well-kept hotel. This one was both and more! Family also commented at how spacious the rooms were! Highly recommend!
