Nice stay at a reasonable hotel. Couch was very dirty and grimy, beds were fine and the rooms are a generous size. Pool was nice and cold, casino is ok but customers smoke inside. Parking was fine

This is as Basic as it’s gets!! Maybe if you have nowhere to go for the night and don’t want to sleep in your car. Room smelled like smoke, and it was poorly cleaned. Spend a little bit more and go somewhere else.

The suite was clean, roomy and cozy,loved it had a comfort feeling of privacy,with a separate room with king size bed,with a door that added the extra privacy.

The staff is top tier. Best service I've had in ages. Amazing job at hiring great people. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Had a very relaxing stay. Out of all the places I've stayed in Vegas on the strip, this place in Boulder is a gem.

The room was terrible smells cigarettes all the time the bathroom was all dirty and mold all the walls and ceiling. I have to buy stuff to clean all the bathroom and keep the room clean by my self housekeeping never show up for anything and they cut the water for 3 or 4 hours and they not call us about that situation before they cut the water elevator was a problem too and a lot homeless people around the hotel. Very expensive $$$ and really bad service I will not stay in here everrrr.

Nice place decent amount of food selections nearby and pretty quiet. Little more old fashion but clean. The Wi-Fi was extremely terrible as the only downside.

Check in and out was smooth and wait free. Room was sufficient. Bed left something to be desired...so hope that's part of the reno plans...but price was right and the lady gave us a free tshirt when we joined the players club :) we will be staying again I'm sure

The good thing is that is a quiet place, the down is that rooms are not really clean, and besides we reserved a non smoking room it was stinking with tobacco smell

When we got there . There was no ironing board in room. I called to ask for one and they said they will bring one. The next day still no ironing board. I called again and the front desk blamed it on maintenance. They said they were going to bring one . I checked out on third day and no board. Very inexcusable

Staff was awesome & hard working! There were no bugs. But property is ran down, BEDS WORN OUT AND HARD METAL FRAME coming through mattress! Active MOLD (not old stains) throughout bathroom and in windows because there's horrible ventilation & a/c, NO a/c going into private bedroom area, hot & intolerable. Transients loitering, had to go into VERY smokey casino just to check in, then one key card stopped working so inconvenient! Just don't stay here unless you have no choice like us.

Of all the hotels we stayed at in Vegas in the last year, and we go about once a year, this one had the best customer service and was the cleanest and most comfortable! Yes, it's off the strip, we rented a car and parking is free, you could also easily take the bus. Great hotel! Good area! Awesome staff!
