The room was very clean and the view on the 37th floor was awesome. We had the studio so it was roomy and the soaking tub was also nice. The pricing with airfare was a great value. The biggest inconvenience was parking. The hotel does not have parking on site and so we had to park at Aira Hotel's parking lot.

The rooms are clean and the staff was great. The places we wanted to go eat were all around the hotel so it was convenient. The parking was the only trouble. Self parking is little far and you have to park in their sister property Aria. But you can take the tram and get to the hotel.

I usually love staying at the Vdara as it is smoke free the quick and easy check in and the location. However after this trip I will think twice about staying here. After I got to my room it smelled of weed and it was just dirty. The floors had actual pebbles and it was just a feeling of unclean. They offered to switch my room but I suggested a deep clean which they performed. However even after the “deep clean” the garbage wasn’t even emptied and the smell lingered. The room overall needs a revamp. The carpets are stained the shower is mouldy and the tiled floor grout is just dirty with age. The shower itself needs to be sealed proper cleaning procedures need to be enlisted. The property a couple years ago was really good and it looks like they just stopped caring. The last day I was there they didn’t even clean my room at all even though I hit the button for it to be cleaned. I told the front desk and they apologized but I guess to make up for that error they decide to send housekeeping up at 2am. It was very strange. As I hade to leave the property around 2:30 am I asked previously about taxi cabs. The guy outside was like yea sure they are lined up however that proved to be false and I had to walk over to the Aria. It’s not the guy’s fault but he could be better informed as he works there. Overall the staff is great but the property just needs a general renovation in their rooms. I hope this is addressed as it would only lead to a better guest experience.

Vdara is wonderful! Clean, smoke free, very kind staff (Monique at the check-in desk is the best!), and a very convenient location with the tram system connecting to Park MGM and the sky bridges connecting to Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. Big rooms with comfy beds. Spacious bathroom with a big soaker tub (great after all the walking on the strip). Book you stay at Vdara! You'll love it!

I was locked out on my birthday from 9pm to 12:30/ 1:00am because the locks or the batteries on the door died. And they couldn’t get someone out there to fix the door for hours. They did give credits for food. But we had plans to go dancing and couldn’t get inside to get changed. I missed that entirely. The staff was not concerned or fast to fix the door either. Just had to wait by the door of the hotel. Went down stairs a few times to see what was the hold up. And “ no one was available” to open the door. Super sad.

This is a great place to stay at if you are like me and want somewhere more quiet and peaceful to stay at after a fun night out! Our room was super nice and clean! Since there is no casino directly attached to the hotel, there is no smoke smell which is also plus for me. We mentioned that we were celebrating a 21st birthday, so the front desk attendant upgraded us to a higher floor with a full view of the Bellagio fountains and the sphere!! This was very much appreciated, especially cause it was my groups first time in Las Vegas!

If you are looking for a hotel without a casino, but still in a way connected to some of the busier areas, Vdara is a good choice. Check in was smooth and front desk staff was very kind. The security though, by the elevator was such a bad experience. The women and a guy, would see me going back and forth, caring heavy items, while showing them my room key just 2 minutes before, and still harassed me to drop all the items and show them my card again, instead of letting me drop the items by the elevator first and then show the card, again if needed. When I asked if they can just wait a second, for me to drop the items first, lady just yelled, show the room card and keep moving. Zero customer service on their end. Also, at the market cafe, some of the guest would come with coupons and spend 15 minutes just chatting with the cashier on the items they can use for that specific coupon. One cashier and holding a line of people for 15-20 minutes, instead of having a second staff member to deal with all these questions. Room cleanness was not that great either. I was expecting at least that I will come into a fresh room, however carpet had many stains, the view is nice, however windows are pretty dirty, and dust was visible on the furniture surface. Another, very disappointing experience, the pool was closed, even though the when I booked and checked in, I was told that the pool will be open 10am-5pm daily. That was not accurate. So I did not get to use the pool during my stay.

I have stayed at VDARA many times and I am still pretty happy with the service and facilities. It’s a beautiful hotel, my only suggestion for them would be improve or keep up with the cleanliness, it’s getting lazy.

If you don’t care for the general tackiness and noise of the usual Vegas hotels, then stay here. It’s more tasteful, quiet, and no casino in the lobby.

This was our second time staying at Vdara. Greatly enjoyed it both times. It's nice having a hotel to escape from all the smoke and noise of the casinos for a bit. We also had a spa package and it was wonderful.

I liked the staff being so friendly! The safety was good too with the Elevator guards. We loved how quiet it was and easy it was to get around from the hotel For a high end hotel, the room was a bit run down. The shade was broken and the flooring had stains. I think that the furniture should be more comfortable as opposed to "modern".

This property is on the strip but setback. Supper convenient to walk through indoor bridges to Bellagio and Cosmo. Yes there’s a Starbucks on the ground floor. I loved the little kitchen - would be nice if we could have a coffee maker. The views from the room with panoramic windows was amazing! Only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable - I do not like a firm mattress.

The room was very clean. The check in /check out process could be improved. I was asked to wait for 15 mins to check into room as it was ready although I prechecked myself using mgm rewards app. Outside of check in/check out process, the property, staff and service was excellent.
