Quick stop night before flight

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: Off the Strip for the night. People were extremely friendly.
Cons: It definitely needs a facelift. They should work harder to keep the trash from flying around the grounds. More breakfast options. Needs a shuttle.
Location: Eat burgers. Catch public transportation out of the area at a low fare.
It was more a motel than a hotel. There was a considerable amount of trash on the property. The room was clean but small. The shower was so small that the water was right in your face when you back to the wall. The pool area was clean and okay. The casino was small with very little options. Free breakfast was limited to 3 choices. If you are a picky eater like me you might as well skip it. The staff was friendly and the gift shop had great free coffee. Lots of burger places right outside the door. Public transportation right outside the door to the Strip, the Airport and other places for a single fare ride of $2-6 bucks.

Low low price, stay at your own risk!

Posted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: The Security Manager. She was awesome.
Cons: Everything.
Location: A 15 minute walk to the strip and you're in the middle of all the action! Location is great.
Despite my pessimist headline, this is my go to low price hotel. I like their small little casino mainly because it has a 50 cent roulette table. The Denny's attached to this hotel a disaster. If you use the hotel vouchers for breakfast, prepare to be treated like you you don't exist. All in all, if you need a roof over your head for your short stay in Vegas and can't find a hostel or other place to stay it, use this one. Be prepared to deal with Motel quality dirty carpets in the room, peeling paint in the shower, fowl odors, and toilets that flush so slow their almost flushing backwards. Walk across the street for food if you can, but until the service improves, avoid Dennys. If you gamble, the dealers are super awesome.

Good Bargain

Posted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: The price. Free Denny's breakfast every day.
Location: This isn't the kind of place you choose to hang around in. It's just a place to sleep (and then jump in the car and go someplace else to spend time).
Not a fancy place, kind've a rough around the edges crowd in the casino and hovering around the parking lots, but the hotel itself and the staff were great, and they had an active security staff so there really wasn't any trouble. For the price, it was just fine (but you'll never mistake this place for the Luxor). On a budget, I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel choice! Great price and comfy stay

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Price, parking, beds, and comfortable.
Cons: Coffee pots in room!
Location: Close to Strip, airport, and other attractions. Wendy's, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Burger King, and Subway in walking distance.
Stayed at DI because it was close to The Orleans (for my daughters cheer competition), the Strip, the airport and a good price. Loved the beds and the hotel was quiet and comfy. All staff were very nice and always helpful. This is a great place for the price you pay! And, the big hotels have too many people and traffic. Not here!

You get what you pay for....

Pros: The fact that they did not have bugs or at least I didn't see any.
Cons: Everything, I can't believe this is a Wynn property. Expected more.
Location: About one mile from strip not good to walk due to it being next to a highway and walking past homeless people sleeping under over passes.
I requested two double beds but only got one. The carpet was filthy and stained and the curtains and shears have not be cleaned since the motel was built. The door did not fit the frame. No counter space in the bathroom to put tolietries and accessories. Overall, not satisfied, will never stay there again and will not be recommending.

Nice location near the strip

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Nice location; clean.
Location: Las Vegas Strip...what more can one say.
A great location, right off of the expressway, and near the strip. Was a hassle for my young men to get back to the hotel at 2 am from the strip. Tropicana Street has no means for walking by foot. They finally rented a taxi to get over the expressway and back to the hotel.

Cheap place to sleep and shower

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Simple and convenient
Cons: Housekeeping closes around 6 pm and often you need to call and request for things such as extra towels, an iron, and drinking cups
I stayed here for EDC weekend. EDC is a massive rave for Fri, Sat, and Sun. I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being off the freeway, the free breakfast during my stay although I never got to use it, the security who monitored the area and was always out there so that made me feel safe and control the loud partying, and the fact that you needed a room key to get ice so not just anyone could come and grab ice. Plenty of parking, very tiny casino, lots of fast food choices around such as In N Out, McDonalds, Wendy's, and close to MGM and Flamingo. There is a bit of lighting that comes through the door during the day if you want your room dark like me but I put a comforter over it and problem solved.

Raggedy dump.

Posted Jun 30, 2014
The carpet was filthy, the air conditioner was noisy and barely kept the room tolerable.
