HORRIBLE, JASON WAS THE WORST FRONT DESK PERSON, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE!! No housekeeping unless you ask which he didn't inform upon check-in. Smoke alarms had to be disabled as they malfunctioned. 1 replaced the other not, stayed 3 days. Johnny was nice and tried smooth out the bumpy customer service incidents. Upon leaving today, I realized just how filthy the flooring was in our room as i packed our things while barefoot after my shower and had to rewash the soles of my feet before putting on my socks and shoes. Yuck. Very Dissapointing experience, plus pool closed and ice limited access to one of 4 floors. Poorly managed operation.
