Las Vegas Family Trip
We loved our stay! The property manager was very prompt in answering my questions and even very helpful when I had to change the dates. We had a rental car and it was extremely helpful to have free parking and valet service. We had a great view of the Sphere. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Great double room. View of the sphere was a nice bonus.
Nice double room in tower 3. Clean. Refrigerator cold. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Everyone in group was happy. View of sphere was a nice bonus. Staff at towers are very nice and helpful. Easy walkway to the MGM Grand casino. There is a Starbucks on the walkway. Private tower pools nice.Also able to access lazy river.

Spring Break/St. Patrick's Day weekend
Great experience, room clean, good area, great view. We did not love the comfort of the King bed, but everyone has different comfort styles. One room had awesome hot water, the other was luke warm, which we thought was odd. No problems with check-in or out or communication with property owner. Great experience over all!

Super nice suite. Stunning view!

2 separate rooms both looked the same, the balcony view is awesome!!! Close to the beginning of the strip at the mgm Grand, great location and the host was communicating with us asap, the fold out bed not as comfortable for my buddy but besides that the place Is great and the view!!! I can’t say enough, Definitely a great time

Great for a Family
The two suites connected through a shared foyer was perfect for space and privacy with the added benefit of safety and accessibility to the kids. Walking everywhere was possible because covered walkways and access to the strip through the mgm grand was convenient. No casino in the signature towers means no noise pollution or smoke allowing for a more relaxed stay.

Great for a business stay
My colleague and I found the property to be easy to access and away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip which was great. It was still very easy to access the MGM Grand by a short walk in air conditioned walkways. Super easy to get Ubers too.

Cindy is the best! We got a 2-bedroom suite to accommodate my wife, me, and our 3 nephews/niece. Rooms were clean and had all the things we needed to function with the initial starter kit provided. March madness getaway
Property was perfect for our family of four with two teens. We have outgrown standard hotel rooms and this was the perfect solution right on the strip. Proximity to T-Mobile is within a short walk and having the Monorail stop inside the MGM made the entire strip easily accessible. It was also nice to be a little removed from things for our teens. Will definitely stay here again for future visits.

We had a blast with our family of 7 on our annual trip to Vegas. Everything was easy at check in, rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were great, easy access to the MGM, and parking was included (you don’t find that very often)! We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be booking again.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this location. The suites were well appointed, secure, and proximal to main Strip attractions. The views from the 31st floor were absolutely spectacular. We were pleased with the timely communications we had with Cindy and her responsiveness to our requests. Additionally, we liked being near to the casinos but also with a good "buffer distance" from all of the hustle and bustle of the resorts. We were able to have good family time and also experience Las Vegas shows, an NHL game, and an NFL game all within convenient walking distances. Thank you for the perfect accommodations for our visit!

Loved having a kitchenette!
I choose this resort because I wanted to be able to have breakfast in our condo. It had coffee maker, microwave, 2 burner stove, small refrigerator & a toaster. We were in tower 3 which is the closest to the strip. Planet Hollywood is a short walk away that has a very large mall with lots of restaurants & shops. Right next to it was Walgreens it was half drug store and half grocery store. Lobby is elegant & clean. We flew & the Ubers came right up to the lobby entrance. Loved the hot tub & it had great jets! Cindy is a wonderful owner to work with thru email. Then during our stay she responded quickly by text to a couple of questions. Her email instructions on check in was very detailed.

Great rental in a great spot near strip!
The dual suite accommodated us perfectly! With the 2 beds, 2 sofa-beds, and 2 huge bathrooms, this rental was an excellent choice for our party of 8. The rooms have obvious/normal wear and tear, and in my opinion a little facelift would be a good idea… having said that, the dual suite rooms are very clean and well-stocked, and the wear and tear is probably due to the fact that so many people have loved this place and have frequently rented it! I know I would like to again. And, I would be remiss if I did not mention that the showers have the best water pressure in Las Vegas!!! Service and communication with Cindy has been top-notch. Thank you!

We loved the property. It was perfect for 6 of us. My only complaint was there was not enough toilet paper & we had no paper towels or Kleenex. A plunger in the room would be a good idea.

Reasonably priced but a few drawbacks
Reasonably priced condo. One bed is considerably more comfortable than the other. Showers were cold and pool was closed. Property manager is super responsive with instructions but the property can definitely use some help. Property manager had instructed us that the desk/valet would be open during the day and I don’t think I saw the front desk open the entire time we were there. It’s super inconvenient to have to check in in another building and haul all your luggage to another tower and do the same at checkout.

Nice Place Overall
Nice place overall. Carpeting is old and needs replacement. Listing indicated it was adjoining and, I guess if you consider the foyer as part of the rooms, then yes, the two rooms were adjoining. Normally, we consider adjoining to mean there's a lockable door between the two suites directly (which there was not in this case), not a foyer area you have to use. Communication between us and the manager/contact was ok; I found it a bit awkward but this was due to the fact communication could only be had via VRBO - understandable, but it was a pain signing in - but maybe that's just me. Location was excellent and security (key card required to use elevators) was good. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, everything considered.

Everything was amazing and as described except for two small details.
Only two minor things. First is that this isn’t at the MGM Grand, it’s the MGM signature. It isn’t a big deal, as there are air conditioned walkways between the buildings, but it is a bit of hike. The building where this property is located (building 3) has a pool, but isn’t open. Only open pools are at building 1 and the main MGM pool. The other thing to note about the pools is that they all close at 5 pm SHARP. So if you plan to hang out into the evening there, you can’t.

The fact in this review is incorrect. There is no sheet to change by the guest. Las Vegas is in the desert. Dry skin was not caused by shower. Not every guest is happy is Las Vegas I guess.
