Upon arrival the room I booked was not available. I was asked if two queen beds would be okay. I said I really didn’t want two beds. I was given a room with one queen bed, the carpet had not been vacuumed(there was food debris all over the floor) and the overall feel of the room was worn and grungy.

When we first checked in, they gave us a lower cost room than the one we booked. The guy at guest services said they ran out of King rooms and he’d give us a $50 credit. He didn't give us the credit and I don’t accept that they ran out of rooms when we booked months in advance. So this would be classic bait and switch. There was pubic hair on the sink and the toilet seats still had urine on them. There is no fridge in the room. There was food on the carpet in the hallway from other guests. The food wasn’t in trash bags or containers. It was in the carpet for over a day. The cleaners I guess thought no one would notice because of the crazy carpet pattern. The next day I called up and they said to check if they had the room we booked. We were on the wait list. For a room I booked and paid for. Wow. They found a room and we moved and the guest services desk made good on the promise for a $50 credit for food and beverages. In the room house keeping was insistent on cleaning our room while we were in there. The hotel was nothing to write home about and I think overall they can train their staff better. The food options were good and the casino is non smoking but I don’t think we will stay here again. It’s a shame because the location is very and the concierge and other staff are friendly.

Ideal spot on the strip. The tram to Bellagio was really useful to stay out of the sun on hot days. Pool area was great. Our room was not available so were upgraded to a larger wellness room - no complaints!

My first time staying here and will Definitely be back. Hi I Non smoking hotel so it smelled So good and the Italian restaurant options were great. It’s right in front of the common shopping stores so that was a Plus.

The rooms are just average.. a mini-fridge would have been nice. Also, I paid an extra $40 to check-in early because our flight was early, and did not get notified that room was ready on the app until the regular check-in time...

Room: bare bones. Really not very nice, looked like a motel 6. Bed ok. Shower great. Clean but looked rundown. Walks paper thin. Listened to neighbors music and sex repeatedly. Room would not cool down despite thermostat at 65. Limited expensive food options. Pool rather poor not interesting and poor shade. Gym was excellent.

If you are looking for a hotel stay that puts you in the center of everything, this is the place. We were able to walk to the concert venue, and did not have to leave the hotel for absolutely great meals (try Primrose for breakfast and Little Eately for dinner). Easy check in and check out, and about 15 minutes from the airport. It will be our go to place in the future.

I was able to check in on the App and go directly to our room. The Dolby Live is connected to the hotel. Just a short walk through the hotel to the Dolby to the Mariah Carey concert.

Old school rooms.. very basic. I didn’t notice how dirty our room was until later in the night when it was too late to change rooms.. garbages were left not emptied.. funky smell.. I had higher expectations for park mgm. Only stayed there bc of Dolby live for Mariah Carey’s concert. No water no ice no fridge barely any toiletries bed looked clean and made
