Golf Getaway
Great getaway for golf & Las Vegas fun with friends! Location - easy to get to strip, downtown & freeways to golf courses in Henderson. House was clean, included all amenities & supplies. Property Management was EXCELLENT to work with - Responsive and timely. Did not get to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi, but both were clean. Recommend this house for a group to getaway!

The communication with the property owner was very prompt. The house was extremely clean. The hot tub felt amazing and we will be back next year. The air conditioner was preset to 51 so in the middle of the night we were all very cold. It's better to be cold than hot but to save you some money I would recommend raising the thermostat overnight

This property was absolutely perfect for us. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, only about 15 - 20 minutes from the Strip. It was large enough for 11 of us comfortably. The pool and spa were clean and well maintained. There was a grill for a Saturday afternoon barbeque, to save some money. We were celebrating our son's 21st birthday with him and his friends. This house was a great refuge to depress from the chaos of the Stripe, and close enough for us to drive them there and go back for some quiet time. Definitely recommend. A great price for the space.

Overall we enjoyed this home and thank the property staff for being kind, accommodating and efficient with their communication. We received clear information about check in/check out and updates for cleaners. We were provided with detailed instructions and appreciated the pre-check in assistance. Any issue or question we had was answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Pictures accurately describe what we experienced. We enjoyed using the central a/c, washer/dryer, kitchen/appliances, tvs, pool table, family room tables/chairs, dining nook, living room sofas, pool, hot tub, showers, garage/driveway, and front lawn. Kitchen was fully stocked as were the bathrooms. Honestly, for a group of 7 adults/tweens plus a toddler, the extra linen, bath/swim towels, beds/air matresses, and closets/storage were great amenities. The bedroom layout and common areas were generously spaced to allow each of us comfortable down time and room to relax after long days out in Vegas. This property is located very close to Gold Coast and really is just a straight up the hill drive from the Vegas Strip via Flamingo/Spring Hill Rds. I would stay here again.

SMALL FAMILY GET TOGETHER
This property had everything we were looking for, and was very clean. Check in/ check out was easy. The bones of the house are dated, but has been updated very nicely. Pool and hot tub were great. 2 of the queen beds are higher off the floor than normal, recommend a step stool for shorter or older people as my mom couldn't get in them. The other queen mattress was very uncomfortable compared to all the other beds. The stove vent was not working which caused the smoke detects to go off while cooking. All said, I would gladly pick this place again as the issues were minor compared to the whole experience,.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS
I’m a first timer when it comes to traveling out of state let alone looking for a place to stay. But the fact that VRBO made it so easy from the booking process to checking in and checking out has me looking forward to booking this property and any other property in the future. My questions and concerns were answered and addressed quickly. I got exactly what was shown in the pictures and needless to say the neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL and just 14 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip!! I must say this is a first class organization which we will be using again going forward!

Bait & Swtich - not as pictured - Beware!
I should have believed the other reviews but based on the pictures I wanted to stay here anyway because of the bed configuration. The pictures are from years ago, everything is now broken, dirty and worn-out. I wish I could post pictures here so you could see side-by-side comparisons. The couch is torn up and broken, the patio table chairs are broken and worn out. One has a missing and broken arm that they’ve taped so no one gets cut. There was only 1 lounge chair for the pool. The dishes and kitchen items look like they bought onesie-twosies from a garage sale. There were only 2 forks and 1 spoon so there’s a bunch of plastic silverware others have left. I had also originally had this property reserved through another company’s reservation system and everything was canceled without explanation a few weeks prior so I booked w/VRBO. Now I believe it’s because this property is operating illegally based on signage on the fridge telling us if police or code enforcement came to the door we’re supposed to lie and say we’re partial owners in the LLC. They also didn’t want us to park our vehicles outside the garage in case neighbors reported us. We were uncomfortable about it the whole time. The bedding was clean but bare bones and not as pictured. The mattresses are super soft and all the beds are squeaky anytime someone moves which is disruptive while you’re sleeping. The floors are filthy, not sure they’ve ever been washed. We all had to wear shoes at all times because our feet would be black, even indoors after we showered from walking around the pool table and kitchen. This was not ideal with all the pool time. The bathrooms are broken down with fans hanging out of the ceiling and no ability to bath small children in the tub because it doesn’t plug. Most of all we struggled with the pool. I asked 3 times prior to arriving to have it heated. We arrived on a Sunday and spoke with the mgmt company multiple times because the hot tub didn’t have enough water and the pool was freezing. We also were concerned that the pool light was hanging out of the pool and the cord was exposed. They didn’t turn on the heat until the pool man came on Tuesday, even though we were told he’d come on Monday. It wasn’t heated until Thursday and we’d paid extra for the entire stay. It was too cold for our kids to swim for 4 days of our visit, had it been a weekend visit we’d have been out of luck! Beware!

Hi Angela, First of all I would like to apologize for the issues you had with the heated pool service. This was a communication error , by the time we collected payment it took 72 hours for the pool to reach the desired temp. However we took action and tried to get this fixed for you as soon as we could as well as the trash situation which you also mentioned to us. Nothing else was mentioned , I wished we would have known about the utensils and floors as this could have easily been solved. As a vacation rental wear and tear is normal at the house despite this everything at the house is functional and as shown in our pics. I appreciate your comments and will have our cleaners supervise cleaning thoroughly for the future. There is nothing ilegal about our listing the LLC is part of our agreement to rent properties which you are informed off and sign this prior to your arrival. Again we appreciate your feedback as there is always room for improvement and we will for sure be following up on the details.

Simple but old furniture
Very nice place however everything is not as pictured the pictures look to be atleat 3-5 years old the beds were great ... i would recommend recleaning when you get there there was hair in certain places!!! The pool cant be heated if you dont ask for it a head of time so that couldnt be enjoyed just not worth the price should be heated pool included but my personal opinion my family liked it ... i didn think it matched what the pictures sold.

We understand that you were disappointed by some of the normal wear and tear of the home but that said, the photos are all accurate to what furniture is available in the home. I hope you understand that it's normal that certain items be a bit more worn after time and that we replace these things as needed. As far as the pool heating goes, we do mention that this must be requested ahead of time, so I apologize if you didn't see that when looking at the listing.

Vegas Vacation
The home is not in an area I felt uncomfortable in but some homes needed a bit of TLC. The home we rented is a very nice home. In need of a bit of work but overall well kept for its purpose. We wanted a home with a large outdoor area for the kids to be able to run around and swim. This backyard was certainly big enough but lacked basic amenities such as sitting areas around the pool. One lounge chair only. If you wanted to sit in the pool area you needed to drag the patio chairs to the area. The pool light was attached to the electrical cord but the light itself was sitting on the edge of the pool. This caused some concern but property manager answered my questions quickly. The gazebo covering over the spa area as shown in photos was not in place during our visit. We had an issue with red ants in the backyard but a can of Raid helped solve the problem for the duration of our visit. While inside I found it was tight quarters when all were visiting. 6 adults and 5 kids. If you wanted to watch a movie you needed to bring chairs in from the dining area. The couch is small and sinks in two areas not leaving much sitting room. The home offered all kitchen amenities you could want...There was plenty of towels...bedding and bathroom amenities. We had an issue with black ants in a couple of bathrooms but once again Raid did the trick. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked lovely. A bit warm in the afternoon and early evening as to be expected in Vegas. There is a tremendous amount of dark flooring to be cleaned and I don’t envy the housekeepers. I would have loved to have found a broom...mop or even a vacuum but not available. I would suggest bringing at least a broom. We did enjoy our stay during this pandemic and gave us a chance to let the kids out of the house for a short week. The property manager answered all my questions and addressed my concerns quickly. I would not hesitate to use David for my rental needs in the future!

Worth every penny!!!
overall amazing experience staying at this rental. We were in the pool non-stop! Plenty of room for our 3 generation group. Communication with management was prompt. There were a few things that needed attention, nothing to interfere with our stay. I do recommend bringing a fan... the downstairs bedroom does not have a source to circulate air when the a/c is not on. Such a gorgeous home! We look forward to renting again!

Beautiful house and perfect for our stay.
Everything was as described. Plenty of room for everyone. Very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay a lot. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and the billiard table too. Kitchen was well stocked with essential items (dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans etc.). The knobs on the stove need replacing. Trash cans were full from previous guest's stay and the management team arranged for a special pick up of the trash (although the city didn t come by as promised). Communication with the management team was excellent. They respond to my inquiries promptly. The only negative experience was the neighbors who reported to the management team ".... there are a lot of guests coming and going at the home and that it looks like a party is about to start " (we believe this was just pure profiling of our family as soon as they saw us arriving and assumed... without even saying a single word to us....we had 7 kid).

Good property rental
The property rental was good house overall. The house was clean and March well with the pictures that were provided. We had issues checking in that took us 1 hour to check in. We had to communicate through customer service and customer service had to contact the owner. Communication to check in was very difficult and frustrating as the code was wrong and took over an hour to check in. Upon arrivals there was super loud constructions from the neighbors. Later on the evening the neighbor decided that we were too loud inside our house even though the construction noise was louder than we was during the day. Cleanliness was good. The house was a good rental property besides the neighbors and checking in issues.

Aside from the home, the hospitality from the owner was more than great. He was very informative before we got there, so we knew exactly how to take care of everything. Perfect For My Needs
We stayed at the house while in town for a business trip and it was perfect for our needs. The house seemed to be well maintained and offered a lot of modern upgrades and extra amenities not found in other locations we considered. It was an excellent stay for the value. The rooms are generously sized and comfortable. The backyard has a very nice pool and hot tub, which we did not heat or use. The location is 10 minutes from The Strip, which worked well for us. David, the owner, was easy to work with, proactive with his communications and made the whole process painless. I would rent this property again without hesitation.
