What I liked about the property was the food and hospitality choices. The clientele was mainly 20-30 year olds over drinking and very noisy at some times making you feel unsafe. At check-in, the VIP status was not recognized until I got a manager. Even after that they never applied the food or amenity credits to my bill.

Staff was unreasonably busy and not supportive at all. Did not help with anything. Wifi did not work in our room even though we paid alot extra for a better higher end room. Did not help with that at all and charged us more for stuff we did not use

I wouldn't recommend this if you like to go to sleep before 4am. They run a club on the terrace outside most of the rooms until 3am or 4am. It's so loud that from 25 floors up I couldn't sleep even with ear plugs. They wouldn't move me and they told me there would be no club the next night but there was. For the price of the rooms this was crazy.

I had a bachelor/bachelorette party in Las Vegas at the end of April. Cumulatively we booked about 10 rooms for 3-4 nights as well as the Wicked Spoon Buffet for 16 people. One of my groomsmen was checked into a room with a fresh urine on the bed. The mattress had clearly been soiled. It took most of the morning/early afternoon to get a room change, as the initial solution was to just change the sheets. During this process the groomsmen had to miss a few events. The staff at Cosmo did address concerns well. Cleanliness was a comment from most of the parties that also stayed at the resort. My room had a broken safe and with multiple calls we did not get this repaired during the trip. The air-conditioner and toilet squeaked in a few of the rooms. We stayed at Palazzo at the end of the trip which had much better service and cleanliness.

The difficulty with luxury is that the things that frustrate you wouldn't necessarily register at another property. But I asked for a high floor and got 18/65. The safe in my room wasn't working and was never addressed. The person interacting with me via chat (after the bot) was a bit snobby and sort of put me in my place. This is big, glitzy, showy, loud VEGAS - the Cosmopolitan is a particular experience that way. Still, you gotta take care of the details.

This property is beautiful and we had an amazing room with a fountain view. The people who work there are all so friendly and the service was excellent. My only complaint is that there aren’t enough regular chairs at the pool. Everything near the pool is reserved for paying customers. There were way too many daybeds as well.

I have heard that Vegas hospitality has not been the same since 2020. However I did not experience that at the cosmopolitan! Everyone was extremely friendly. Highly recommend spa services!!!!

I enjoyed Cosmopolitan because it was easy getting to the rooms aswell as getting around the casino but getting in and out of the hotel to the vegas strip. Cosmopolitan has so many restaurants to enjoy a great experience or get a quick bite and for that late bite for pizza was also available. Looking forward to my next trip to Vegas the Cosmopolitan is at the top of my list.

I really enjoyed my stay at the cosmopolitan.. I stayed for my honeymoon… the only unpleasant thing I encountered was a nasty manager at a coffee shop near the casinos… I ended up not receiving my tiramisu the day before and wasn’t close enough to address it as we had a day full of packed adventures… after returning with my receipt the manager became quite argumentative towards me saying that I should have worded my initial statement better… he was totally out of line and unprofessional with the corrections he attempted to make . He ended up making things right by replacing my missing item but his approach needs to coaches by upper management. Other than that the room was absolutely breath taking!

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. However, when we checked in, our room reeked of marijuana. I asked the staff several times to get into another room and they refused. The staff ended up deodorizing the room but it was just heavy perfume that made the smell of the room worse. I would have been able to handle to smell but I requested another room because I had my son with me. They didn’t seem to care about a minor being in the room and smelling this strong scent of marijuana. I was very disappointed because we spent so much on this room and was treated so poorly. I will not be coming back to this hotel.
