Family run hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, hotel is quaint and very clean, elevator for luggage a plus. Big balcony area and a stroll to the beach. Would recommend.

Marcos was so sweet and so welcoming! He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcomed. The room itself was very spacious and had the sweetest balcony that we could see the ocean from!

The owner was wonderful. He gave my boyfriend and I a look at the kitchen. He was very personable. He and his wife prepare all of the delicious breakfast treats. I will definitely return. Our room was very clean.

Excellent location, very clean, nice family-run hotel with a fine breakfast buffet. Very small rooms, unruly window covers, and due to a local birthday celebration, we had a long noisy night of non-sleep.

Great location
Hotel is near beaches, restaurants, bars and a short walk to the old center. It is a very basic hotel but comfortable.and clean.

Nice hotel close to the beach and old town
Good hotel, excellent location not far from the old town and less than a 5 minute walk to the sea. Counter staff (Marco?) was excellent when we needed to change our reservation unexpectedly and patient with our queries and requests. The only issue we had was being woken by cleaning staff in the mornings as there was no 'do not disturb' sign to use (3 times on one particular morning), but this was resolved after Marco spoke to the staff.

Excellent small hotel near superb beach
An excellent small hotel, with a lift, 100m from the beach,easy to find but with limited parking that could be a problem in summer.Restaurant not open when we stayed but there are several approx 100m away in the square. Breakfast is typical Italian but a good quantity and selection with excellent coffee.

Wonderful
Hotel was wonderful. Located near the beach and the staff were very friendly. The room had a lovely patio however the walls seemed very thin as we could clearly hear people in the room next to us. We would definitely return again.

Seaside escape
A small family run hotel on the flat beach area of Sperlonga.Our room had a sunny outside balcony. Hotel only 150 metres from the beach. Supermarket around the corner and fridge in the room. Having wifi in the common area in the lobby and outside was appreciated. Good coffee at Breakfast. The historic town of Sperlonga on a rocky outcrop above the sea is a very pleasant place to spend a couple of days. You have to get the bus to the train station in Fondi, a larger regional town about 15 minutes away and the trains can be crowded from there to Rome and Naples.

Mayor Hotel
Beautiful small hotel in the centre of Sperlonga with its own section on the private beach. We had a loverly front facing room with a huge balcony. Only problem, Sperlonga was very quiet as it was early season and a lot of the restaurants and bars in the old town were closed. But if you want a very relaxing holiday in a very Italian resort then this is for you.

Like the others hotel's rooms in Italy the room was small but well organized. Very clean. Nice location at 3 minutes of the beach. Choice at the breakfast was OK Acces to the beach with umbrellas. Sperlonga is a very nice place. Very good choice for the price

Ormai sono una cliente affezionata di questo Hotel
E' la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo Hotel, e credo che ritornerò una terza. A due passi da tutto, con spiaggia privata, lettini e ombrellone inclusi. Davvero bello, con una cornice da favola.

Hyvä hotelli Sperlongassa. Hyvä sijainti ja siisti hotelli. Runsas aamupala siistissä ruokailuhuoneessa ja hyvä palvelu. Autopaikka hotellin pihalla. Hotellilla omat rantatuolit ja aurinkovarjot sisältyivät huoneen hintaan. Kaunis pikku kaupunki ja vanhakaupunki oli upea vuoren rinteessä!

Ci è piaciuto molto che l'hotel ci abbia offerto la disponibilità della camera fino alla nostra partenza. Il wi-fi funzionava bene e la posizione dell'hotel è fantastica. Ringrazio anche per averci dato una camera vista mare e per averci permesso di cominciare la colazione alle 7.45.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut, auch wenn die Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Käse nicht groß war (das ist in Italien aber vermutlich überall so, an Kuchen und süßen Teilchen gab es nämlich so einiges). Zum Strand geht man vom Hotel aus nur 3 Minuten, ein kleiner Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Sperlonga selbst ist etwas verschlafen, in das Hotel würden wir aber jederzeit wieder fahren!

Ottimo hotel!
Hotel molto pulito in posizione centrale a due passi dal mare (ombrellone e 2 lettini inclusi nel prezzo), al tempo stesso lontano dai rumori poiché situato in una traversa del corso principale. La camera assegnata aveva due balconi, uno attrezzato con tavolo e sedie con vista mare e paese. Ottima e varia la colazione con molti prodotti fatti in casa (marmellate, dolci e biscotti). Ero stato in altri hotel, più decentrati, nella bellissima Sperlonga, ma la comodità di essere praticamente in centro e sul bellissimo mare, è impagabile. Ci ritornerò ad agosto.

L'albergo è ideale per chi è alla ricerca di un soggiorno confortevole a prezzi ragionevoli. la camera che ci è stata assegnata era in ottime condizioni, dotata di balcone e silenziosa. grande pulizia in tutto l'albergo. Menzione speciale per la colazione, con dolci fatti n casa veramente buoni. Tutto bene.
