I enjoy it!
Thanks! Everything was 👍! Room was clean, (except they forgot to leave toilet tissue, but 1 call and they fix that, not big deal) air conditioning was perfect for that weather. Overall… great!

Great place to stay. Note, during evening thunderstorms, power briefly went out for a minute or two, and it may be better to take the stairs rather than elevator when there is stormy weather. Nice pool, nice view of city, friendly staff. Nice breakfast included, with beans, eggs... much better than a US continental breakfast. Highly recommend!

No advance notice that the pool was closed. The breakfast was only till 9AM. And only very limited everyday. They ran out all the time. THE TV was broken and took all day to get it replaced.

Too expensive for the motel experience
Te rooms have no privacy whatsoever. I spent only 2 nights at the hotel of my 4 night reservation because the noise was unbearable. A lot of partying on Friday night and a parade of half-dressed woman on Saturday morning was a bit too much. The staff offered me to refund for one night which is a nice touch.

The place was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very efficient and kind. Check in was quick and easy. The restaurant was beautiful and the staff there was amazing as well. The food was excellent! Very fresh.

Everybody on the staff was top notch---polite, hard working, willing to go the extra mile--especially to help 'The Gringo"--even if they couldn't speak English. Very nice breakfast every morning. They pay much attention to keeping the place clean. By my 4th day, I realized that nearly every time I walked through the lobby, someone was sweeping the floor (outdoor open-air lobby). The staff is NOT lazy! The pool was very comfortable and fun for most people, but being a swimmer, it was too small for me. But that does not take away from the value of this place, in general, at all!

Good Business stay
Good Hotel. Breakfast and hotel transportation Is included in price. Room was clean, Hot Water, WiFi and AC worked fine.

Es un hotel con movimiento… les falta ese exceder la satisfacción al cliente, mala reception de las TV, personal carente de servicio… pudieran mejorar las habitaciones, repintar algunas áreas como las losetas de las regaderas… detalles en limpieza de elevadores y exterior en paredes chorreadas… con tanta gente se podría posicionar como el mejor de la ciudad… la gerencia debe meterse más!

Las instalaciones son muy adecuadas; sin embargo el gimnasio no lo tenían en servicio. El agua de la alberca es muy fría. El resto está muy bien.

El desayuno solo es de 7am a 9 am y son muy pocas las opciones de alimentos, en las habitaciones se escucha todo lo que hablan y hacen los huéspedes de otras habitaciones lo cual hace muy complicado poder descasar.
