This hotel is far away from the down town hub. You need a taxi to come and go because it is in the ding dongs Servís is poor but they are trying hard to please. The building is still under construction for more suites. No hot water . Out of 5 stars I will give them 1 !!!

thank you for your respond, as soon as we received your comments we started working on these issues and we are informing you that all the rooms as of now have hot water and now we have available double beds rooms and if you book a room you will receive continental breakfast for all our guess that stay with us upon request. once again we thank you for your great comments that help us to make your experience with us an great one. sincerely, upper management

La vida más insegura, fea, terrible, horrorosa que me visto en mi vida… no se como expedía puede tener este lugar en renta…. Cero por ningún motivo recomendado… obviamente no me quede, preferí pagar otro hotel directamente Y expedía no me quiso ayudar

Tuve que cancelar la reservación ya que no fue lo que se esperaba, pésimo servicio ya que me tuvieron esperando durante 1 hora para poder atenderme.

Este "hotel" se encuentra en un lugar aislado, obscuro y cuestionable. Al parecer es una casa con cuartos y por fuera es tenebroso. No hay alumbrado publico y los alrededores causan miedo. No logre entrar al establecimiento ya que sentia que parecia una escena de la pelicula Hostal.

Es un hotel alejado del centro lo suficiente para relajarse y no escuchar los ruidos de fiesta, apropiado para salir de Lázaro hacia las playas cercanas.
