The appartment was perfect for us as a group of 6 friends - tasteful decor, lots of space in the separate living area to chat and relax, and good sized bedrooms.We also loved the sunny terrace which was perfect for breakfast. “Our family of 8 adults had a great time in this 5 bedroom apartment. We reserved the studio apartment so everyone had their own bedroom. The apartment was very clean and had all of the kitchen items you need to make dinner if you don't want to go out. There was parking at the front gate for our van. The washer and dryer are a plus. The owner Ronnie was very responsive to all of our questions. The check in and check out was very easy. We definitely would stay here again and recommend this...

“Nous sommes restés 4 jours dans cet hébergement avec mon copain. Il est très bien situé à proximité de la gare (12min a pieds). La plage était à environ 20min à pied et le Vieux Nice 30min, avec un arrêt de bus juste en bas de l’immeuble qui est très bien desservi. La communication avec Johanna a été parfaite, réactive et très arrangeante, elle a su rendre notre séjour sans aucun tracas ! Petit point à revoir pour la propreté du sol, mais tout le reste était très bien, avec tout l’équipement...
