"My son and his friends stayed at the Ranch for a few days to celebrate his birthday. Ample space, bbq, fire pit. Remote stay but central enough to go to the beach, town and see the sights Communication with the owner Fiona was open and easy and she met the boys to make sure they had everything they needed. She was flexible and accomodating and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place to everyone!"

"Fantastic view and a great house we had a great time however we were told there was a smashed window by the previous group and the window was getting fixed. No problem the window was fixed before we got there however there were small shards of glass all through the bath, bathroom and in the carpet in the hallway. We didn’t notice any of this until my 3 year old got a piece of glass stuck in her foot with a decent sized cut. Once we worked out where the glass had come from we searched to make...

"The house was perfect for the family us and our 3 married children and their kid- 6years and 3 x18 month old. There was plenty of room and access to the quiet shady beach was perfect. It's an easy walk to Bannisters/Crazy Dog for coffee so we all had plenty of space and things to do. Shopping at Nelson Bay (15 minutes) was excellent with Coles Woollies etc. Several frides and cooking facilities."

Fabulous balcony for those family members who just wanted to relax, chat and look at the sea while enjoying a glass of wine or do some watercolour painting. "Perfect property for us..... Grandparents, two teenage granddaughters and family pet, 2 year old toy poodle. Secure, pretty garden with grassed area, and paved, covered outdoor area with seating. Generous living space. Well sized bedrooms and bathrooms, with good storage. Property well appointed and scrupulously clean. Easy walk to beaches... Within close reach to either Nelson Bay town centre or Shoal Bay beach and shops. Fulfilled our expectations and more...."

"We stayed as an extended family for a 70th Birthday and we were not disappointed! Ages ranging from 3 years old to 70 years old, the house was perfectly set up to cater for us all. In a great location, the home was just right for 12 of us - the bedrooms were very generous in sizing, and the kitchen and living spaces more than enough.
