Short but lovely stay!
Apartment is well appointed and nicely located near the beach and St Armand’s. Had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to update the beach equipment. Was grateful it was there but it’s getting a little tired.

Nice condo close to beach
This condo is a very short walk to both the beach and St Armand’s circle. It was very clean and comfortable, and Julie is a great hostess. It was also very well outfitted, with most everything you could need for both the beach and for cooking. The only downside was that there’s not much sunlight due to its location in the complex, and the paint could use a little refreshing.

Perfect Getaway!
The condo was exactly as pictured! It was a short walk to the beach, which was beautiful. It was also very easy to walk to St Armand’s Circle which had lots of shops and dining options! Jan was very responsive and available during our stay and gave us great recommendations. I would definitely go back and recommend this property to family and friends!

New Year Vacation
We absolutely loved the condo and location. The condo is adorable, clean, as pictured and has everything you need. It’s homey, comfortable and quaint. We enjoyed walking to St Armand’s, Lido Beach is literally one block behind the condo, you can hear the ocean. We also drove to Ana Maria Island, Long Boat Key and Siesta Key! I would definitely stay here again without question…. 10/10. Very responsive host and she checked in mid-week to make sure we were doing ok.

I loved this property! One block from the beach and 10-15 minute walk to St. Armands circle. It was impeccably clean, quiet and had everything you need. Beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler, beach umbrella, etc,.. Great communication with owner as well.

Lido Key Paradise
The stay was fantastic. The location was superb. It was just a short walk to the beautiful Lido Key beach and a small drive to restaurants and more. The condo was clean and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful loved every moment spending time in this lovely condo. Everything you need is here. Lido Key Beach 3 min walk absolutely gorgeous. Saint Armands circle 5 min walk plenty of shopping and FOOD ! And there’s far too much to explore in the area. We need to come back! During our stay Janice looked after us as if we were a family member. Huge thank you and loads of love. We would love to return to this fabulous holiday home.

Amazing beach retreat
This was our second stay here. The condo had everything we needed with an ideal location for access to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Communication before and throughout our stay was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.

Living the Dream on Lido
So clean with so many extras … beach chairs, umbrellas, extra towels, kitchen with everything you need. 2 block walk to beach and short walk to St Armand’s Circle. Great communication with owner. Loved our stay!

I needed to get away to write and think. This couldn't be a more perfect place. Quiet. Surrounded by nature. The birds always singing, the beach down the block. Everything about the stay and place was what I needed.

A great place to stay!
The property was clean, perfect for two or three people. The location couldn’t be more ideal. Only a block away from the beach and less than a mile from shops and restaurants. The owner provided a great book with tips for touring the area. She was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Lido Key Paradise
My wife and I enjoyed staying at Jan's place. The apartment is very cozy, spacious and extremely clean. The attention to detail is spectacular. The location is perfect from the beach and St. Armands shops and restaurants. The covered parking is a plus and it is a very quiet complex. Jan was very attentive and checked with us making sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitively be back and will recommend to family and friends.

Peaceful getaway
Janet was a wonderful hostess. She made suggestions of where to eat and a few activities. She has done a wonderful job making certain you have everything you need from spices to a cooler to beach towels. This location is very quiet and a quick walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Lido and plan to return.

Great location!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. We like not having to use our car all week walked to beach restaurants and shops. We used the Bay Runner trolley if it was to far for us to walk that was a plus with no cost to use. Hoping to be able to go again soon

Disappointing
The apt itself is clean and beautifully furnished. However, it is quite claustrophobic. Felt almost underground in living area. Kitchen is well appointed but is completely enclosed with no windows. The AV and WiFi are extremely weak and limited. Constantly being bumped off WiFi and the TV programming limited to a few broadcast channels. Best to upgrade TV/WiFi and let people know how enclosed the unit is.

In my nine years of renting this condo, I have never had anyone say they were disappointed, I think you can tell this by all my five star reviews. if you looked at the pictures and the description you would not have been disappointed., the pictures represent exactly what the unit looks like. Pictures obviously show there’s no window in the kitchen and the TV is a smart TV with basic cable. The living room that you described as claustrophobic has large sliding doors plus a floor to ceiling window all you needed to do was open the curtains. To address the Internet I have the highest speed that Comcast offers if you would’ve said something to me I’m sure I could’ve called them to see if there was a problem. I spoke to the couple that checked in after you and they said the Internet is just fine . I texted you several days after you checked in to see if you were comfortable in the condo and had everything you needed and your response was and this is a quote. ‘‘Very comfortable, all is well thanks” We take great pride in making sure our tenants are comfortable in the condo. I wish you would’ve contacted me.

Just a few steps to Lido Beach!
The location of this condo is great! We loved Lido Key Beach and are eager to return to the area. The only suggestion I have is that if you need to work remotely, the Internet is weak. I had to use the hotspot from my iPhone to be able to make connections. But other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you!

Thank you for the review. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. I wish you would’ve made me aware that you’re having trouble with the Internet. I have the highest speed that money can buy with Comcast. Maybe there was a problem with them when you were there cause no one else has ever mentioned it

Just wonderful!
I came in town for a wedding & wanted some beach time. This was the perfect place for me. So convenient to the beach - a 5 minute walk or there's a parking lot close to the beach also. And it had everything I needed - beach chairs & umbrella & the kitchen had anything I needed to cook or eat. It was so convenient to Publix grocery store & to St. Armand's Circle, that has fun shopping & restaurants. It could not have been any better! And working with Jan was fantastic. She was so helpful if I had any questions. I hope I get to come again!

We have vacationed many times but this was by far the BEST! After looking for hours...reading countless reviews and convenience to everything we chose Jan's condo! Spotlessly clean...cute beachy decor...walkable to beach shops restaurants. We were so tired of high-rise condos. We were steps from covered parking and cute common area. Secluded patio off bedroom was lovely. I wish I could live there. Jan was always in communication and checking on us if we needed anything. Condo and Jan.....AWESOME AND MORE! We will be going back!

Perfect Vacay!
The rental was perfect! Spotless!! All you need is your bathing suit!! It was a block away from the beach, fully equipped with chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and towels. The circle with all the restaurants and shops was just a short 10 min walk. Jan was available for all the questions I had! Will definitely be back!!
