Si pongo todo negativo es porque despues de haber hecho la reserva y acudir al hospedage, Rene que es el nombre del anfitrion nos quiso colar una habitacion que era una autentica verguenza en comparacion con el alojamiento que nosotros habiamos reservado. Aun Rene tiene el valor de decirnos que habia over booking; yo me lo puedo creer, ¿porque no? No seria la primera vez. Pero cuando alguien reserva algo y a su llegada se encuentra ocupado......es el dueño o la firma de ese ospedage la obligada de ofrecer al huesped lo mismo o algo mejor y luego el dueño o la firma del ospedage se pondra en contacto con el portal que oferto esa habitacion estando ya vendida. Aun tuve que pelear por el pago desenvolsado. Muy mala gestion y muy disgustados , porque despues de dos horas y media de coche llegar al establecimiento sin haber cenado siendo las diez y media y lo unico que te ofrezcan por las molestias causadas sean un par de cañas.......prefiero beber una lata tirao en un banco....nos holia ha intentona de colarnos esa habitacion con diez literas y una puerta de cristales tan fina como el papel. Rene curratelo.

No me gustó nada. 1- me cobraron 90€ por una habitación sucia, con el baño sin limpiar, sin enchufes, solo 1 interruptor para encender y apagar la luz, con telarañas, sin aire acondicionado ni tele. Reservé por un hotel de 2 estrellas y es una hospedería. Una experiencia deplorable.

Recomendable, todo muy bien!
El hotel está muy bien situado, con un entorno muy agradable y la habitación que nos dieron tenia una terraza enorme con unas vistas preciosas. Nos quedamos a comer y a cenar todos los dias y el trato de los camareros fue inmejorable. Recomendable!

Uno de los peores hoteles por no decir el peor, la limpieza al cabo de tres días sin hacer la habitación nos dicen que para hacer la habitación y cambiar las sabanas hay que solicitarlo en recepción cada día, ya que hay clientes que no quieren que se les entre en la habitación... lamentable. Desayuno pésimo incluía desayuno y no tenían zumo natural que estaba incluido tan solo café y una pieza de pan o bollería. El wifi no funcionaba El lugar en el que esta situado bueno ya que esta cerca de Laredo pero si sirve de algo comentar que es preferible cualquier otro hotel exceptuando este en toda regla.

Nada mas llegar para registrarnos nos dice la recepcionista, no precisamente muy amable que no aparece nuestra reserva, y prácticamente nos invita a salir sin resolver el problema cuando nosotros teníamos la reserva confirmada. Al insistir nos encontró habitación. En una ocasión me tuve que duchar con agua fría. La habitación no tenia climatización como dice en la descripción. Los colchones muy incómodos. La bañera no tenia ni mampara ni cortina. Tienen que mejorar mucho la atención al cliente. A su favor que estaba limpio. No volveríamos.

Lidt skuffende, først så var restauranten ikke åben før august så vi måtte tage til takke med tørre sandwich, om natten regnede det og der dryppede ned fra taget på et eller andet lige uden for vores vindue, det larmede hele natten, og sidst så var der et stor nødudgangs skilt der lyste hele værelset op hele natten, så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse som heldigvis kun var for en nat.

Ne m’a pas plus que l établissement soit ouvert malgré les travaux !!! La chambre était un vrais chantier !!! Le restaurant fermé pour travaux !!! Nulle part où souper ni moyen de prendre un petit déjeuner le lendemain ! Au moment du départ le propriétaire a exigé d être payé, malgré que le débit aient été déjà fait sur ma carte par vos services. Il réclamait 70€ en espèces car pas d autre moyen de payement . Pas de facture possible non plus.... juste une feuille A 4 manuscrite. Comme nous devions laisser nos bagages sur place pour que La Poste les récupères, j’ai pas eu vraiment le choix de partir sans payer. Je vous demande minimum le remboursement que vous m’avez prélever auparavant. Dans l attente de vos nouvelles, mes meilleures salutations.
