"Great service by reception, restaurant and bar staff. The spa area which we had been looking forward to using was crammed with children and toddlers who were using the area as a splash park. Children were also using the gym and the sauna unaccompanied by parents. There was no supervision of this area by hotel staff. "Great location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 3 min. walk to the beach with private chair and sun umbrella. Great breakfast with a good choice and varieties of fresh eggs per order."

"Ottima struttura come rapporto qualità-prezzo. Molto belle le parti comuni zona hall, bar/ristorante e piscina. Camere non molto moderne ma con ottima pulizia e con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottima anche la colazione e i servizi come le biciclette a disposizione e il parcheggio privato. Inoltre fermata dell'autobus per il centro di Lignano proprio di fronte all'hotel"

"The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered.
