“This on a very steep hill next to a restaurant. The little village is very cute and you feel part of the community. It is fun to walk around the paths between the homes and explore. Everything is on a hill so be prepared to walk an incline coming or going. As for the home, the grounds are beautiful and the view is absolutely breathtaking. “Beautiful property, magnificent lake views from all bedrooms. Excellent location, easy walking distance to restaurants, a main attraction historic Villa, and the ferry. Owner took her time explaining how to get to each attraction, best bakery, recommended restaurants which lived up to the hype, happily arranged water taxi, and was responsive when we had additional questions throughout our stay. Loved it all!”

“If you have the stomach and vehicle for a small, windy and steep climb to the top of Menaggio, this is a wonderful choice. Each bedroom had a well-kept bath (good water pressure). The view is incredible and we enjoyed the amenities. Only comment, is they do not stock it with alot of extras so be sure to bring coffee, laundry detergent etc.”

You arrive to open a large garage (had mid size SUV that easily fit) and inside is the private elevator to take you to 3 floor. Floor 0 - very clean garage.
