VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. "Everything was very clean and organized. Looked like a new listing with new beds, bedding and furniture. All basic needs taken care of. Didn’t get to the back yard, but the house was wonderful. Each room was roomy and clean. Check in was easy and host sends a great video explains everything . Would stay again ! Loved it!!"
