Beautiful property. Excellent location near Rosario. Perfect for walking and shopping and dining. Close to train station and trams as well. Staff were excellent and breakfast was included in the stay. Tea and coffee available all day with a special treat or pastry. All good.

Lovely hotel. Staff and breakfast were really good, it’s just a shame the hotel is in quite a noisy area. The windows need some soundproofing and then I could have given it 5 stars

The elevator only goes up to the third floor and we were on the fourth floor. We asked to placed on a lower floor which they didn’t allow. The air conditioning did not work, the shower head did not work properly and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. To top it all off, there were BUGS ON OUR BED! When we brought this to the reception staff, she had the audacity to ask us if there were “a lot” or only “a little”. She then told us they were mosquitoes and we said that they didn’t have wings. No manager was called and no one apologized to us regarding this situation. I am appalled and do not recommend this hotel at all. Please do your research before coming here. This is not a four star hotel by any means.

The staff were wonderful, attentive to every request, service excellent, rooms modern and comfortable. Very convenient location but the square in front of hotel can be very busy and noisy at night.

Clean, walkable location for waterfront square, great staff and breakfast buffet. The only difficulty was getting close enough in busy traffic to drop luggage but with gps was able to circle to drop my wife and bags then park in one of the underground lots nearby and walk back. Overall a great stay here for one night.

We just returned from a few nights in Lisbon and our stay at the Boemio was a highlight. The boutique hotel is beautiful, clean, conveniently located, with the friendliest and most helpful staff. The buffet breakfast had a variety of choices which were all delicious, snacks and coffee/tea available any time of the day in the charming stone lobby. The rooms are classily decorated with comfortable beds and seating options, as well as luxurious toiletries. The surrounding area is convenient for walking to various praças, the metro, Bairro Alto, Alfama…and requisite souvenir shops! We truly enjoyed our stay here.
